Cuckservative: How "Conservatives" Betrayed America

Rate this book
Fifty years ago, America was lied to and betrayed by its leaders.

With virtually no debate, Congress passed the most radical change to immigration law in American history. Since 1965, America has endured the biggest mass migration of people in human history, twice the size of the great wave of immigration into the USA between 1870 and 1930. As a result, Americans are being displaced in their own land by an ongoing invasion that dwarfs Operation Barbarossa, is two orders of magnitude larger than the Mongol hordes, and is one thousand times larger than the First Crusade.

America's so-called conservative leaders and the conservative media have joined forces with liberal internationalists in openly celebrating this massive invasion, relying on bad theology, outdated economics, and historical myths to falsely claim that immigration is a moral imperative, an economic necessity, and in the national interest. How "Conservatives" Betrayed America is a powerful defense of America's right to exist as a nation by two Native American authors, as well as a damning indictment of a conservatism that has failed to conserve America's culture and traditions.

This powerful and remorseless book addresses the myth of the Melting Pot, proves that mass immigration is a net negative for the U.S. economy, and exposes the anti-Christian ideology behind the Christian establishment's support for multiculturalism and open borders. It even shows how 50 years of immigration have lowered America's average IQ. The authors pull no punches in conclusively demonstrating that it is not right, it is not moral, it is not economically beneficial, and it is not Constitutional to betray America's posterity.

In Cuckservative, John Red Eagle and Vox Day warn Americans that if they do not defend their culture, their posterity, and their nation, they will eventually find themselves on their own Trail of Tears.

This book challenged my libertarian beliefs on unrestricted immigration. What happens to a nation when its culture is changed by immigrants who do not want to assimilate and adapt the background culture? Take a look at the "no-go zones" (excuse me, "sensitive urban zones") in France, Germany, and elsewhere in Europe. What happens economically to a nation that allows unrestricted immigration? Ask a Millennial. The authors present a through-provoking challenge to the idea that unrestricted immigration allows for a stronger nation. Historical examples are included and discussed; this book overall has changed my assessment of larger historical questions (the fall of the Roman Empire, for example). Read it for yourself, make your own assessment of the ideas presented. Five stars for its content and challenge to my beliefs.

8.5/10.

Summary:

While the Left supports and morphs into its ideological extremes, "Conservatives" shudder at such a notion for their own side. Conservatives cannot conserve anything about their country — its people, its customs, its language, its civility — because to justify such a notion is "racist". Therefore, we must welcome in immigrants because economics and "tolerance". The United States has such magical dirt that whoever comes to it is transformed into a freedom-loving, independent, civil being. Sounds strange? Well, you should study the magic dirt more!

Plus, immigrants create jobs — right? Unfortunately, no. Immigration levels have no relation to GDP increases, and there is a -.32 correlation between immigration levels and average household income in the United States. A high supply when demand remains the same creates lower wage values. Furthermore, national IQ and income correlate at around .75, and the immigrants the US has brought in since 1965 have lowered our national IQ by 4 points. This may not sound very bad, but a difference of 10 IQ points is the amount that separates the US and Brazil, Iran, and Iraq.

Too bad all discourse is controlled by the Cuckservatives and the Leftists! Remember, anything further Right than the National Review is morally repugnant. Do not look there. Pseudoscience. Fascism. Evil. Other Bad Words. A prime example of wrongthink is The Bell Curve, published by Murray and Herrnstein in 1994. There is no way that the book could be given unfiltered to the masses, so the printing presses had to go at maximum speed trying to stop people from buying the book, or at least thinking that the authors were evil. "Conservatives" joined the charge, with neoconservative outlets like Commentary and the above mentioned National Review joining in on the fun of stoning Murray.

Also, free trade does not work because it destroys cultures, traditions, and peoples. Free trade does not just mean free movement of goods, but also free movement of labor and capital. The more free movement there is, the more alien cultures will migrate in and the more remnant traditions will be dissolved. For example, around 50% of people in the United States move to a different state than they were born in. The more mobile the geographical location (e.g. West Coast vs. Midwest), the more the culture is cosmopolitan and the more people are atoms. The places that are the most stable in their traditions and have the most local bonds are clearly the countryside, where there is less movement in and out (especially in). Cities, on the other hand, are massive conglomerations of different peoples and different cultures, which ends up creating atomistic individualism because one cannot express one's true beliefs to others.

Lastly, immigration is war. Immigration changes the nature of a geographical region to the invading peoples' culture, traditions, ethnicity, and religion. Much of war historically has been mass immigration of men, women, and children. Examples: "Sea People" invade Near East in 1200 BC, causing massive chaos and the destruction of nearly all states there; Goths and Huns invade Rome, eventually destroying Rome qua Rome and making it the multicultural utopia of our ideologues today (not); Arabs invade Middle East, North Africa, Spain, and the Balkans, wiping out Indo-European traits (fair hair, light skin), wiping out Coptic Christianity in Egypt, and wiping out the Berber culture and people in Northern Africa; Mongols invade China en masse; Europeans invade North America, and their massive amount of settlers create a European outpost and scatter the American Indian tribes; Jews migrate to Israel (happening since Zionism), thereby changing the nature of the culture, religion, and people who live in that region.

What will happen to America? What happened to all the above peoples? Is it not obvious that violent conflict will happen in the near future? Is it not clear that the massive amounts of division in society today are deeper than ideas? What is the European-American to do?

I do not know the answer, but it is certainly not to parade in his country's cuckoldry.

“Let rhetoric be silent when the readily observable facts gainsay its blather.” - Vox Day

Unfortunately, that's not the case when it comes to Cuckservatives. Cuckservatives pander to the social Narrative of the Left, the current holders of the keys to righteousness and all that is good, for example now being seen on college campuses, which shall, if left unabated, destroy America in favor of that which is unknown. Time will be the final arbiter, but if history is to be any guide the future is indeed grim unless one desires what history says shall be. Such desire can only be classified as insane.

What was designed to ensure “to ourselves and our posterity” is being dismantled in favor of the foreign invasion being welcomed by both the left, and the cuckservatives, to our shores. Many, I suspect, should the scales fall from their eyes at some future time, cry bitter tears over what they participated in. Some shall smile, having been eyes-open complicit in the destruction.

America has a choice, and little time in which to make it if even such time still exists.

It is about time someone said what I was thinking. For too many decades the Republicans in D.C. have said one thing to garner votes and governed the exact opposite. I do not trust anyone from D.C.

We need new ideas and this book lays the groundwork for why a new strategy is needed. Remember, the leftists could not have done what they did without complicity support from the Republicans in D.C.

"Cuckservative" is a buzzword, meaningless to those who don't subscribe to specific gender roles. It's stuck on any conservative who doesn't engage in racial profiling.

Added is a demonstrably false idea: that race determines intelligence or capability.

When a nonfiction book wants to explore a false premise, that book is worthless. Cuckservative's 1-star is one half-star too high.

As an aside, please note that most 5-star reviews will be decoy reviews by followers of Vox Day. They call themselves the Rabid Puppies; he calls them "Dread Ilk," which is a rather stupid name made stupider by its use. Don't trust these reviews.

This book is an interesting, step by step examination of the issues surrounding immigration: historical, philosophical, practical, and political. Obviously it's from a Nationalist perspective, and as a right wing extremist myself I didn't feel that I needed to read it. Based on early reviews I read it anyway and I really enjoyed it. It was a small amount of time and money well spent.

The book is also a gauntlet, thrown down to people and groups that hold contradictory political opinions, the titular "Cuckservatives." They claim to want to conserve American culture, while importing other cultures; be strong on National Defense, while allowing millions of foreign nationals to enter the country; and help the poor and middle classes earn an honest living, while giving away jobs.

Are the authors right to try to draw a dividing line and force those in the middle to take a stand, one way or the other? Maybe. As a political book, it was a good read.

The conclusions are unpleasant, but the reasoning is tight. The authors did a good job of explaining their views from an historical perspective that I couldn't find fault with.

"It is said that a conservative is merely a progressive 20 years later. So it is with immigration. Today's conservatives, derisively labeled cuckservatives by their alt-right critics, have been, at best, cowardly and disloyal sellouts. At worst, they have been active collaborators with the left in the latter's grand project of remaking America by replacing Americans."

What is a Cuckservative? It is a person who can't answer the question "what part of America do you wish to conserve" These are the people who will make sure the other side is appeased at the detriment of their own.

The authors believe you should find friendship as an American if you adopt Western Values. If your motives are to remain an outsider and try to change America we must object, this is harmful to our national identity and values. It's surely evident that the US today is not the same as the one from 1960, would it be because we've brought 50+ million people from elsewhere, into our country??? I think anyone paying attention can see storms brewing.

This book is an intense look at the outcomes of mass immigration legal or illegal. Every reader with a nationalistic bent has suspicions about the direction of America, this book confirms many of them. If everything stated in this book about immigration is correct then it's a wake-up call for Americans who would prefer a vision prior to 1965 immigration act.

I was happy to see the Authors take on these issues from a Christian point of view also. I think it will be a beneficial addition to the argument. A book worthy of reading because it's likely to challenge your assumptions on some element of the book. A point deducted because there were no footnotes or end notes (kindle edition).

Interesting read.

This book is especially enlightening for people who were stunned by both Brexit & Trump. In magazines like NYT, the economist & FT and by most politicians these events were explained by impoverished middle classes & angry unemployed blue collar workers; left behind by globalization, the ppl for whom the modern world passes by too quickly. This argument never convinced me, as I considered Brexit & Trump nationalist reactions; nationalism, despite a bad rep, is very popular in the modern world.

This book is on its surface a polemic against the mainstream US conservatives whose main concerns are tax cuts and abortion. However, this book is also an articulate explainer of the ideas and convictions behind altright politics. Altright anon accounts were strong & influential Trump supporters on social media sites. If you really want to understand the altright, this book helps you a lot more than the mainstream media outlets.

Now, one might say (especially enemies of nationalism); "I don't care what these people have to say." -- Fair enough. But, as Max Weber argued, it's better to understand other people than to explain other people's motives. If that doesn't convince you, think about this: the guy in the white house, the most powerful man on earth, is ideologically a lot closer to Vox Day than to National Review.

This book provides a compelling argument in favor of restricting immigration. Several ideas the authors aimed to disprove are: U.S. is a melting pot; humanity has a genetic blank-slate (idea that all people are the same, regardless of ancestry/descent); magic dirt (anyone who sets foot here is considered an American). The authors emphasize that a nation and its people have a right to preserve its culture, customs, and traditions.

An excellent history of Cuckervatives in America. The half star deduction is due to not making any suggestions on how to solve the problem.

This is a polemic warning against how mass immigration can (or must) change and damage the culture being invaded. There is lots of history and data, which I enjoy. In light of recent horrific events in America and Europe, it is very timely, too. It is also well-written and a quick and enjoyable read.

But. There are two oddities which might arouse bemusement. The first is the object of the aspersion which is the title, Cuckservative. If you elect supposedly conservative leaders and they betray you, then they are cuckolding you, so the object of the slur is... yourself? While undoubtedly carrying an initial rhetorical sting, the ambiguity of the term leads Day's followers to willy-nilly accuse anybody passing by, along with their dog, of being a "cuck" and thus the term loses its sting and comes more to resemble a schoolyard taunt.

The second oddity is the chapter on Immigration and Economics (Chapter 7). This is mostly fine, but it veers off for a bit on free trade. It makes the claim: "Free trade, in its true, complete and intellectually coherent form... includes the free movement of... labor as well." Therefore, out with free trade. Conflating the two (free trade and open borders) is simply a false premise, leading to the logical error. It's like saying logic leads to free trade, which leads to open borders, therefore out with logic. I found it unconvincing.

Although not written explicitly about the 2016 presidential election, "Cuckservative: How 'Conservatives' Betrayed America" may be the most insightful explanation to date of the rise of Donald Trump and to some extent Bernie Sanders. United States voters have fractured three pillars of political conventional wisdom: (1) that open borders and mass migration are beneficial; (2) free trade results in shared prosperity; and (3) continuous Middle Eastern warfare somehow is a worthy goal. The authors further shatter these assumptions along with many other illusions self-proclaimed conservatives and their left-wing handlers hold dear.

A relatively short polemic reliant on graphs rather than footnotes, the authors manage to cover topics that range from economics to religion. Along the way they expose how citizens have been conned from all angles. In turn, the voters have brought the Republican Party to its knees and may be about to deal a fatal blow to the established order. If you want to know the rationale behind the revolt, "Cuckservative" is highly recommended.

Although this book takes a while to get going, once it does it quickly points out that the biggest obstacle to conservatives in America is a particular brand of spineless conservative that is unable or unwilling to stand up for their first principles and continually acquiesces to the left on all issues, bar none.

There are plenty of examples set on the specific issues that these cuckservatives have bent the knee to the left over the decades, in addition to data that points to the consequences economically, demographically and culturally that this appeasement has done to the United States.

Before I read this book, I was already becoming very skeptical of Libertarian policies. Open Borders policies pushed by Reason Magazine was a British steak knife in the heart of my own Libertarianism. This book, still on my shelf, opened up more criticisms to my political leanings. It makes you think about them. I highly recommend it.
