For what it is, this book is a great guide for architects, or anyone for that matter, who wants to earn money doing a solo service gig. I've been a solopreneuring architect, so I can speak from experience. I wish I'd had this book back then.

Packed

I try to read at least one book a month on the business of design. I have already had my own firm for 5 years as Mangrove Bay Design. We are an interior design and residential design firm. Eric taps into many principles I have incorporated already. I.found a few great nuggets in his resources. He was extremely organized and well thought out in his presentation and execution. I will read this one again a from the beginning

Lots of stuff about affiliate marketing- not really particular or unique to architects, not even well suited actually, and I wonder how this would be seen by regulators in the UK.

Repeats ideas from the first one. Overall this dilutes the value of these books. Not nearly as good as the first one.
