Do you like fantasy novels told in a down-to-earth tone with humour, beauty, romance and adventure?

This is the story of a lively intelligent young couple, Kade and Brooke, who meet on the banks of the Ganges, then return to Scotland to discover what really happens deep inside freshwater lochs and rivers - a secret ready to impact the whole of humanity.

This novel by Londoner Amber Alferoff is superfun, realistic, wild, full of adventure and deceptively deep. Just be careful not to miss your bus stop.

I found this book to be far superior to some of the so-called best sellers it has been my misfortune to read in recent years. A charming love story, embellished with concepts that are fantastic while being strangely believable.
