Amazing
Pricey: Playing in Traffic by Fab is a good read. This is my first time to reading from this author. She did a amazing job. I love the concept and vibe.
In the beginning of this book, it was difficult and emotional to me because Carmine and Billie are telling their story about what they have been through. I have to stop reading this book but I have to keep reading this book so I could understand what Carmine and Billie are going through in their lives.
So far, I enjoyed reading this book because it's well written and it's page turner. The characters are amazing and crazy. Fab will definitely have my support.

This was a really good book. Billie Blue and Carmine are something serious. Fabiola told the story as if she had been through the situation. 5 star book for sure.

First off let me start off like this. This was one hella book. The way the author told this story was priceless she didn't have you were missing out on any information. The love that Billie and Carmine experience at a young age was just something out of this world. They needed each other and that was there reason for getting we're they was in life. I'm going to leave this right her because I will tell the whole story. Great story Fabiola you really did your thang with this book. Can't wait to read some more of your work.

October 27, 2020I halfway through this book and Billie on my LAST NERVE! I am about ready to just NOT FINISH this book and I HATE to leave books incomplete.
This book reminds me of that old movie Natural Born Killers. SMH It's not bad per sé, its just a too much.

This was a pretty good read though brutal to get through for me. There was a lot of sex murder and mayhem, as to be expected, but the level of brutality was more than I thought there would be. At any rate, I enjoyed it, though dark.

There are some books one reads for escape, example, Science Fiction, Historical Romance. Then there are some books that bring the reader face to face with reality, Realistic Fiction and "Pricey: Playing in Traffic," is one of these books. When I write, "Realistic Fiction," I'm not saying this does not exists. I'm saying I have no history in my life and this book was a window into this Reality.
The window I was looking through, was a very small window. To understand a larger view of Human Trafficking, a hugh sliding glass door is needed.
Fabiola Joseph gave me a glimpse into this horrific life. One is brought into a part of Billie and Carmine's life and continues until the end of the book.
If you have never read any of Fabiola's books, now's the time. I see she has written others and, if, "Pricey, ..." is any indication of her abilities as a writer, I am most interested.

Billie and Carmine have went through so much with being human trafficked. There was so much deception they had to endure. For Billie, her mother trying to provide a better life for her and let her come to America to be a model only for her to end up in a world of pain. Poor Carmine who was in the trust of his aunt and uncle really showed their true colors when even he was trafficked under their roof. hate that they continued to be in the lifestyle that has hurt so many people. Very well written book.

This is the story of Billie Blue Blondie and Carmine, two underage kids who have escaped a sex trafficking ring. Their story is disheartening, because they must determine what to do, now that they're free. They step into the world that has consumed them, while taking down anyone in their way.

I..... Couldn't Really Get Into This Book Mainly Because It Had To Do With Sex Trafficking of young people: BILLIE BLUE BLONDIE & CARMINE PALLAZOLO.
Don't get me wrong; the book shined a light on human trafficking & what young people go through, But, I just didn't find this to be a great read, even though it was an okay read for me.
I guess the title PRICEY PLAYING IN TRAFFIC, put me off even though it's evident now as I typed this.

This is the first book that I have read by this author and I was amazed. This book had me all in my emotions, They story of Billie and Carmine was well-written. Please read this book it is a learning tool ( Human Trafficking ) It will open your eyes on this subject . " This is a MUST READ"

5 Star - This book was thrilling, yet amazing at the same time. The author did an exceptional job from the opening to the closing, I was enthralled. Carmen stole my heart and I loved him through it all, hands down my #1 character. This is a must read.

This was my first Fabiola Joseph read but most DEF not my last. This story is about Billie Blue Blondie. A beautiful, blue eyed beauty born in sin, who captivated everyone who saw her...especially the Vegas, a seemingly well to do couple. They convinced her Mother to let her come to the States to model but little did Billie know...the world they would take her to was far worse than the poverty she had known in Haiti. The Pricey Pussy Empire was a child sex trafficking ring...where Billie was a victim and then a victor. Her and her Cuban lover Carmine....damaged souls who found solace in one another.....decided they would NEVER let others dictate their lives ever again and so began their rise to the top of the very institution that enslaved them. Freedom is never free ......and they most definitely paid the cost to be Bosses. Heart Wrenching Story ....but it brings light to a very dark subject. I will be reading the rest of this Author's work for sure.

What can we say about this awesome read. Fabiola did an amazing job bringing light to such a sensitive yet important topic such as human trafficking. You can tell that the author took her time and really researched the topic. The storyline was just an added bonus. There is no way you can read this book and not feel something as well as come away with more knowledge about human trafficking. The story and characters were so well developed once you start you can't put it down until the end and even then you want more. We give the book ☆☆☆☆☆5 stars and would give more if we could. Outstanding job Fabiola. We definitely look forward to future work from this author!

Billie and Carmine were dealt with a crappy hand from the beginning. They made it through everything with the help of each other. I was shocked when everything happened and she took over the business instead of starting a new life. Books and movies like this, they make you think about all this stuff that's happening everyday that we don't acknowledge or pretend we don't know it's happening. Makes me wonder if a second part will be made just because of how it ended.

Billie and Carmine are a human cartel. Billie was enticed away from her mother by the Vega’s, who were offering the shiny version of the American life. Billie has no idea her life is not going to be the life that the Vega’s are promising. Carmine is the Vega’s nephew. His story to how he became human cartel is different but at the end of the day, that is what they both are, human cartel in the world of human trafficking.
Billie and Carmine bond during their time in the Vega household. They form a friendship and look out for one another. Tensions rise in the household due to the jealousy of Mrs. Vega. A price has been placed on her that is almost unheard of in the trafficking world. Billie finds out and decides that it’s time she gets out of this world she has been trapped in for the last few years. She plans her escape and tells the only she can trust.
Ms. Joseph penned a story of human trafficking we only hear about on our favorite law dramas and gives us a front row seat. Gritty and raw best describe this 5 star page turner.

Hey Fabiola awesome job.
Reading Pricey was like riding a really big roller coaster. I waited until the release like standing in the long line to get to get on. The day came and I boarded the coaster. Nice start steady wind blowing the you are approaching the first drop and then it's on and popping after that. You took us thru this story and made us become Billie Blue and Carmine. You turned reading into an adventure. I read a book about human trafficking before, well let me tell you knocked the ball out the park. Yes yes yes it's urban fiction but the knowledge you dropped the information you gave isn't to be taken lightly. I living in Atlanta the hub of human trafficking and when I say you opened my eyes you opened my eyes. Thank you for being a risk taker, thank you for taking your time to enlightened the WORLD BECAUSE THIS IS REAL. I applaud your risk and I'm forever a fan. Will not give any spoilers because this book will be NEW YORKS BEST-SELLING TRUST ME.

This was a raw, no holds barred type of read. This author definitely stepped out of usual box and brought something informative and touching to the table. Her storyline and plot was very well thought out and intriguing. U could tell that she took her time and researched her information therefore giving us a fact based, emotional read that keep the pages turning, heads spinning and mind baffled while adding her own lil twists to give u that Fabiola feel to it. She did a awesome job

I liked the way this story was told. Well written, intense storyline dealing in the world of human trafficking. I loved the strong bond of Carmine & Billie Blue. She was a determined female & I liked the fact she didn't back down when she was older. Realistic characters & situations that are truly unforgettable. Great read I highly recommend

This was my introduction to this author when I tell u this book had me on a emotional roller coaster. I love a author who does research and I can definitely tell she did just that ( at one point I thought she was a product of human trafficking)! She definitely have me as a new Ryder to her pen cause she's a keeper⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book was outstanding!! Each chapter the plot got better and the characters left a message for the readers to think about. Billie and Carmine story was a breath of fresh air and something you have to thank God you never faced in life! Love this book and definitely recommend
