Would you believe that I finished reading this book on January 4th?
I love this fic, the boys are described in a way that makes them all lovable!
Of course it's highly unreal that couples don't have problems, but well, I read fics for fun.

What is there to say about Relief Next To Me? It’s a hugely popular Larry fic and maybe that’s why I chose it to be the first long Larry fiction I ventured into reading after reading one-shots, or maybe it was the awesome fanart, or the good summary. So many reasons I chose it and I don’t regret any of them.
I liked the plot because I’m a sucker for friends with benefits and add that to them meeting through Louis posting on Craigslist and I was hooked.
It was nice to see Louis and Harry’s relationship progress from their first meeting and I have to say at first I was a bit scared it would go into love triangle territory with one OMC but luckily it did not and this story was mainly angst free and let me tell you I am happy for that since I was reading this during some of babygate and the last thing I wanted some days was angst fic when the fandom was already angst fic in and of itself.
I also loved all the side characters and how even dolce was able to make me feel connected to them and like I was just a part of Louis and Harry’s every day life as I read and got sucked in. I could envision myself in Harry’s bakery job or at Louis’ job or even in their flats respectively and that is the telltale signs of a good author.
I guess it’s also good I was able to get sucked in because sometimes I didn’t even notice how long some of the chapters were and was left wanting even more, plus the smut was downright hot.
I can see why this is so popular amongst Larry fans and I’d recommend it and am doing just that.

Favourite piece of fanfiction of all time.I truly have no words, this changed me.Took me 3 times to get into it, but it was soooo much worth it in the end.I know people are iffy about fanfics and especially the smut aspect, but this story is just incredible, did not expect it at all and it hit me like a tidal wave

Me gustaron los personajes y en general la historia se me hace muy tierna, la relación que tienen H y L es todo lo que está bien en esta vida.
Tal vez por esa misma razón no me terminó de atrapar, me faltó el plot twist o algún drama en el que me demostrarán que su relación iba más allá de siempre estar de acuerdo y pasarla bien juntos.
Tiene muchísimo smut y aunque esto no es algo que me disguste tampoco lo disfruto en extremo así que por esa parte no me convenció. Además que es larguísima, siento que en algún punto solo leía lo perfectos que eran juntos y aunque disfrute en su mayoría la historia no fue una lectura para mí.

Me pareció una historia hermosa, la relación de ellos es muy especial (aunque se vuelve un poco difícil de creer a veces) y me hizo sonreír un montón. En un punto se volvió larga y repetitiva, durante un par de capítulos las cosas “nuevas” que sucedían eran mínimas y casi sin desarrollo y el resto del capítulo era mas de lo mismo. Se me hizo muy pesada/aburrida llegando al final y tuve que hacer un stop para olvidármela un poco y poder terminar de leerla.
Es una historia preciosa y eso de lo repetitivo hizo que estuviera desesperada por que se termine

loved it!!!! it was so beautifully written and one of my fave fan fics! took me ages to read though bc it was so long & i kept forgetting about it! i’ve never read a book that is quite like this style so it was definitely exciting to read! the development over the chapters was amazing and i absolutely loved the characters and the ending! it was perfectly suited for the books entire theme and i will definitely be reading again if i have the chance!

Though I think there are many smut scenes, it was one of the most tender Larry stories that I've read. It has a little bit of everything, humor, jokes, friends, lots of food (which I personally really liked about this fic), music, and I love the details through the whole story, from the beginning to the end.

Only fic that i am gonna review bc this is like my whole comfort fic, its amazing, as fluff as a romance gets, i want a liveaction this so i can complain about how inaccurate it is, every time i read this (which is more than I would like to admit) it feels like i am reading it for the first time. This is for me what the godfather is for white straight men.

I LOVED THIS. I really didn’t think I was going to. I don’t love super smutty fics but this was so sweet, so fluffy, so realistic and believable, I fucking loved this.

It doesn't have any specific plot and it's very smuty. But it's filled with good feelings, it's so heartwarming and sweet and their relationship is SO healthy, god I can't anymore!
