Summary:
This book is a book all about the jungle. It has different pictures that move in the ways that the animals they are describing would move. It begins by telling about the jungle and different things about it like the animals that live there and the fact that there are not many jungles left. It continues by choosing a few different animals to talk about like a tree frog, tigers, snakes, and a few others.

Analysis:
I think this book is very insightful about the jungle and some of the species you can find there. I personally think that it is a little bit of a long read for children, but I know plenty of kids that would not be able to put the book down. It has many intriguing parts, and the pictures are fascinating.

Classroom Ideas:
This book could be used to tell children about jungles and the creatures that live there. It can be used to show them what the environment is like and what one might see if they were to visit one.

This book is pretty cool. There are only half a dozen animals featured--maybe fewer--but each picture looks like it's moving. Both kids were fascinated by the pictures. My four-year-old did comment "This book has a lot of words!" but we didn't read it all the way through. I just picked a few interesting facts to read from each page.

WOW! Bought this for the school library and it blew the kids away so much that they all wanted it so i had to take it home (my story and i'm sticking to it!) Expensive but so worth it, would love to see the others.
