Good intro

I liked the contemporary example of marketing. JR talked about what not to do and what should be done. The descriptions were at the macro level. It was not possible to know how to evaluate an individual person's brand. But a good book.

Really great read for a mindset shift in how to approach digital marketing. Fairly macro, so the only reason I don't give 5 start is that I would love to see some more in-depth questions and case studies.

Great perspective to show us we really need to listen but listen in the right way. Sounds easy to do but likely much harder as this is a big change to the way of doing things that some people may struggle with
