Rate this book
Zombies on Wall Street! A vampire elected president! What can possibly be more frightening than real life? These all-new tales are done in the grand tradition of the original EC classic horror comics. The Crypt-Keeper is back, along with the Old Witch and the Vault-Keeper, to scare the $#!+ out of you! In the true TALES FROM THE CRYPT tradition, you’ll witness the most loathsome people doing the most vile, evil, and gruesome things to their victims, only to eventually have the tables turned on them in shock endings that’s will actually surprise you and mortify you! It’s old-school poetic justice with the darkest of twists! Plus truly horrible puns, of course!

Not as good as the original, but a decent enough homage or revival issue here. The illustrations varies a lot from one tales to another and are not always good, but the story are quite good, a bit mad sometimes, the ending are not always shocking or brutal enough and some end a bit flat, but still an entertaining comic book for the horror and weird tales fans!

The return of the best horror comic of the 50's! Evil body snatching trilloniaires! Office drones finally snapping on courrupt bosses! Werewolves stalking Wall Street scumbags! High School bullies getting their comeuppance and trapped monsters getting their revenge.
All presented by Horror Classics such as the Old Witch, The Vault-Keeper, and of course ol' dead eyes himself, The Crypt-Keeper!

It’s corny, cheesy and hammy (like a redneck Sunday dinner). It’s also somewhat formulaic.

Not bad. Not awesome, but not bad. A bit cheesy, I wanted more sleazy, ya know? Definitely worth the $5 I got it for, no doubt about that!

A modern update to the classic Tales From the Crypt characters. A few of the vignettes had endings that were difficult to follow, almost as if they had run out of pages to finish the stories they had started, but otherwise, overall, the whole volume was good, creepy fun.

Very good attempt to revive the EC 50's horror comics by offering new modern horrors. Not quite up to par with the originals, but well worth the read. Recommended.

A decent reboot of the series and its always fun bringing old legends back. Only the first story was decent but the rest just sometimes went out of place or else confusing.

Art: Incredible!
Stories: Okay, didn't always make sense at the end.
Vibe: Definite 50's OG vibe with the usual Cryptkeeper puns, my favorite.
50's Original VS 2017 New: Original

Originally rated one star but the art was just too good for that.
