*** WARNING - This story contains adult material and possible emotional triggers for readers with a history of abuse. ***
When I tell you, this book was SO good! There’s a lot of adult scenes in the book and they are very well written! Be cautious of your trigger warnings because your FMC is being abused. She tries to hide it, but her friends aren’t stupid. Her inner circle is trying to protect her and at one point she thinks she’s escaped. But she finds herself in an unconventional position before she knows it. Does she escape? If so, how? Will he ever truly stay away? Will she get her revenge? Find out by reading it! It’s absolutely incredible!! Wow!
The book is a good coming of age read that is one of forgiveness and survival. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. The story is an enjoyable at turns harrowing, heartbreaking, and sweet romance read.
