The Spoon Tree

Rate this book
The story of the spoons is one that has been in Tom’s family from the very beginning. The trees and the spoons that hang from them, symbolize love, success, happiness, union, birth, and all of the wonderful things that bring Tom’s family together.
But family really matters to both Tom, and Abby, and Tom and Abby really matter to their families. The question of whether Abby will have her very own spoon to hang from one of the spoon trees is the subject of our story. And I promise it will be answered if you read Tom and Abby’s story.
If there is a spoon for Abby, it has to be somewhere next to Tom, her three grandchildren, her daughter and very close to all of Tom’s children. That’s the only way Abby’s spoon will dance, chime, and continue to shine.
Abby and Tom make a good team. Tom and Abby’s Story is about how they work to come together as a family, as well as how the healing continues for Carrie’s children, her sister Laura, and Abby.
If you ever get a chance to see these trees, look up and in between the branches. There you’ll see that there are many open spaces left where a new spoon can hang.
There’s a story for each spoon, and plenty of spoons to be added.

About the author

Bria Daly

Bria is a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend and an author. She creates strong characters with flaws to make them credible, and does so, because there's no such thing as a perfect body, brain, hair, or personality.
Humor, poking fun, banter, and quick witted dialogue make her characters all the more relatable and help create stories that are heartwarming, funny, sometimes wholesome, and plenty sassy.
Family is most important to Bria. She's been married to the same man for over 30 years, and claims to have the two best kids in the entire world - it's best not to argue with her about that (it can get ugly!).
She has two sisters, loves animals, is a vegan and has always been a great supporter of worthy causes.
Married to a military man, she's lived in Japan, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Honduras, and seven U.S. states. She tells us that in her first 3 years of marriage she had to move 9 times!
Write to her at Bria@BriaDaly.com, or visit her site or blog at http://briadaly.com/. She loves to hear from readers, and some have even become close friends :)
