When a heckler at the Drury Lane Theatre topples to his death, Ben Franklin--in the Pennsylvania colony on business--probes into the theater's backstage intrigue.
This is my first Franklin mystery, so it took a couple of chapters to get into the rhythm of the language and figure out the relationships between family members. Fascinating though convoluted approach to the murders, as there were several plots within plots. The parts about Franklin's inventions are fascinating.
