Elisha is obsessed with cleanliness. Everything has to have a place, and be completely spotless. She’s vowed never to put faith in men after catching her last boyfriend cheating on her. Her carefully ordered world was fine—until he moved in next door.
Brant is an awful, dirty neighbor. He parties, has orgies in the garden, and turns her world upside down. After an ugly confrontation, Elisha has no choice but to apologize, and give him a chance.

I found this book really cute.
The heroine in this book enjoyed her time by cleaning but I wouldn't put her as an OCD. She just love it enjoy it and was her work, added it with a life surrounding cleanest, no more men.
And a new hottie neighbor having his fun, loud and a bit of an exhibitionist. They met and ended with the wrong foot.
This man somehow took the mission to dirty her up.
Dirty her up was the way to make her have a life full of laugh, mess and all.
Since this was a romance with steamy dirty talk scene, it led to an HEA.
so for me it was cute and sweet novella.

I don't normally like short novels, because I don't believe they tell enough about a story to end properly. Very rare that I can give one a 5 or 4 star rating. That wasn't the case with this one. It was really dirty and to the point which I like.

It's good to be friends with your neighbors.
Elisha was hurt by a man so badly the only way she could get past it was to have a vice. She could have gotten into drugs or drank too much but that was too extreme for her. So Elisha jumped all into her new obsession. Cleaning. She drove off two boyfriends because of her OCD. Unbending & unforgiving her opinion of men wasn't very good, and that was before she met her new neighbor.
Brant's motto was live life to the fullest and he is doing his best to fulfill that motto. Loud parties and loud women keep Elisha dangling from her last nerve.
She doesn't know what she did to deserve her neighbor from hell, but she found out when he invited her over...
I love Sam's books. I love her characters and how the story spins. I can't wait for the next book.

I love Sam book, she has full figure heroine heroines and sexy hero in this story they were neighbors. Elisha was OCD on cleaning and Brant was a free loving of all things of women and parties. Brant liked Elisha invited her to one of his parties and they got to be friends then more, this was a dirty sexy and sweet read, great other characters as well.💗 Will recommend this book to all romance readers!

Elisha is a well OCD clean freak she has to have her space nice and clean, she wasn't always this extreme in cleaning and with a crappy break up her focus is on that. But her neighbor has been ruffling up her feathers Brant.. dirty charming asshole has parties, orgies, and is messy. Brant has tried to talk to Elisha invite her over to his parties but she always turns him down, he tries again and Elisha blows up at him about his all night parties and moans at 2 am in the morning calling him a bad neighbor.
Angry at her he goes to his workshop to paint. Trying to focus on anything that isnt his fire cracker but it doesn't help. Elisha feels bad so when Brant comes over to invite her to a part she apologizes to him and they hit it off.
Teasing and getting dirty between the two but their is some trouble from Brant past and Elisha not wanting to give love a chance.. can they make it work?

I am a hopeless romantic, meaning I swoon over every little thing.
But even this was too sappy that I rolled my eyes lol.
It started off wonderfully, but then it felt like Sam even got bored with the story and wanted to finish it as much as I did.
I loved the characters, but Sean could’ve had a bit more development it was like he was two people in one but never...how do I say it...it was like Sean was Sean and then not Sean at the same time.
This book could’ve been longer, I felt if it were longer with more development, it would’ve been a 5 star book.
But it went from interesting to boring to cute at the end. It was kind of a miss for me but still a good book. So I give it 3 stars.

Nothing about this one worked for me. It was too cheesy, and the writing was like someone just sat down and started typing and hit publish. So our male MC Brant is a total slut, dirty and has loud parties and orgies every day or every weekend, and the female MC Elisha has some sort of cleaning OCD, and I'm not really sure if she's always had it or developed it because all of her exes told her she was crappy in the sack and ditched her. So she obviously hates Brant, but he ends up "dirtying" her up, and they live HEA. The entire story is so implausible I don't even have words.

I want to start by saying I've never written a bad review but there's a first time for everything . This book was so mediocre there's nothing memorable about it . I almost want to ask is there some why to get my money back. The main characters Brant and Elisha are next door neighbor that hate each other. Elisha has owns a cleaning business and is borderline OCD, while Brant is your token play boy . They hang out once and fallen in love.......the end

Dirty Neighbor is another fabulous tale from Sam Crescent. She can do no wrong when it comes to books. Elisha and Brant start off almost like enemies because she can't stand him. However, she lets loose and things start to take off. Join the adventure. It's a fast paced story that kept me entertained. We need a book for his brother.

A beautiful read this book starts of with neighbours hating each other and then loving one another, i adored the angst and love between our main characters. and i also loved the secondary ones too especially Sean. And the Epilogue was just perfect and the reason my rating went from a 4 to a 5.

Hot and sweet, I really enjoy reading Sam Crescent’s books and I loved reading “Dirty Neighbor.” All of the characters were fun to read and now I want the brother’s and his girl’s story. Looking forward to more by Sam Crescent.

It was just pleasant and sexy read, nothing to be great about this story. Over all it’s just about getting to know your “dirty” neighbor.
