Far too much detail on economic and political policies that are difficult to grasp. Otherwise the more modern history portion is very interesting concerning Yeltsin and Putin.
The most boring part in my opinion are Stalin's coming to power, Brezhnev's 70's and detente and Gobrachev's reforms, late 80's.
