The only play of my advisor's I've read that doesn't involve a historical context outside the present, and it's a strong read. Revolving around a family trying to pull itself together and create a home unit, the characters are touching and struggling in concrete ways. Like all of his work, it is almost impossible not to lose yourself in the things that are happening and the choices that are being made. A great story.
