Like almost everyone else, this was an assigned reading. I was slightly upset at first that the professor had chosen a student affairs specific book (it was not a student affairs specific class), but I was still able to apply everything in the book to what I do in my current role even though I am not student facing. I do not have much assessment experience, and this book helped me learn all the foundational knowledge I would need to be successful in assessment.
