This book is a long needed resource for personal use or for use in caring for those who have been touched by divorce. The author offers real healing in a text that, while speaking and providing Biblical and Psychological truth, does not include harsh judgmental language. I particularly appreciated her use of perspective from several individuals who have walked that road, as well as her own. The pastor's corner and counselor's corner at the end of each chapter adds professional insight for the reader. The world around us is hurting over divorce in their families, divorces they never imagined for themselves, and divorces that weigh heavy for years to come. This book tells the real story of a God who writes the testimony for each of us in His love, His forgiveness, and His full restoration for every single piece of our lives.
