Fermenting should be regular part of living

I read her book very carefully and she knows what she's talking about. Fermenting has been in my family forever and it should be in yours for optimal health!

I had purchased fermenting supplies months ago but. lacked the confidence to get started. This short, easy to understand and follow guide is just what I needed to get started. There are some great vegetable recipes I want to try. I recommend this book for newbies like me. Thanks to Heather Crawford for provi d in me with a free book in exchange for an honest opinion.
