Three months after the fall of Washington D.C., the planet is a hellish battleground for an all-out war between prehistoric undead forces and the scattered remnants of the living. Billionaire William DeKirk, now ruling the last vestiges of civilization, is human no longer, but rather an unpredictable rogue driven by a noxious blend of primordial virus and modern day sociopath. He deliberately spreads the zombie plague across the world and deploys his dinosaur-human army to destroy survivors or coerce them into pledging allegiance to his undead flag.
But the resistance movement has its own plan to hit Ctrl-Z and undo the zombie apocalypse. Alex Ramirez, Special Agent Veronica Winters and Major Casey Remington have placed their last hope to restore civilization in a zombie antidote developed at great cost in the utmost secrecy. In his darkest moment yet, Alex must confront the grim reality that the only way to defeat a monster is to become one himself.

Epic Conclusion. The build to the ultimate conclusion was epic, the "final fight" was as awesome as it needed to be, and the stakes overall were appropriate. Masterful work.
I'm giving this score purely for entertainment value, and maintaining a consistent feel and full commitment to it's frankly ridiculous premise. I've really enjoyed this series and it finished out exactly as insane as it started. When one of the heroes sets out for the final confrontation on the back of a zombie pterosaur, that's the right kind of crazy.
The story was a little disjointed in places, particularly the begining. and there's an event that's built up not shown, only mentioned after the fact but I still had a good time with it. If there were any more stories about what other survivors during the three months between the last book and this one. I would read them.
I've said this about the first book and I'll say it now about the series in general: not smart, maybe not even good but very entertaining.
One question though: why did we only see dino-zombified humans and not other animals? we know severals species of dinosour and pterosaur could be infected so why not show some more variety with the mammals? Imagine a herd of scaly, carnivorous cows...
I have mixed feelings about this book. I almost don't know what to give it rating wise. If titles were honest it would have been called: Jurassic Dead: Plot Holes. Because there are a few major ones in my option.
Yes, I understand that it's zombie dinos, I totally get that. There were just a lot of things that went unanswered or weren't explained at all. I don't want to give it away at all, but I was hoping for something a lot bigger and better since book two was so good.
But, if the series is made into a video game or tv show, I'd watch it.
This one is the final book in the trilogy and it didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed it just as much as the other two. It was interesting to see how the series finished out with good guys winning and the start of the world being rebuilt. I also really enjoy the Narrator of the audio book. Though I may have had to re listen to a few chapters cos his voice is so soothing it helped me nap. It’s a fantastic story with a different take on zombies. And dinosaurs. It also proves to me more that dinosaurs should stay dead cos nothing good comes from playing with dead dinos.
I really enjoyed the whole series. It was an awesome time killer during my long drives to and from work, so much so I've listened to all 3 books one after the other.
I've listened to the Audible audiobook version. The narrator was really good, I'm impressed with all the different voices he kept playing out and keeping them the same throughout the trilogy. That couldn't have been an easy task.
Y’know I didn’t think it would why more ridiculous but it did. Super zombies, smart zombies and just zombies. The cure was very unique and neatly fitting for the series. This was really nothing but an action packed wild adventure. And I’m all here for it. But I will admit, there wasn’t a lot dinosaur zombie for a book about zombie dinosaurs. But you know what it was worth it.

This book picks up 3 months after the second book ends. The final showdown is about to begin.
This book wasn't as good as the others, for one main reason... it dragged. A lot.
Book one was very fast paced. Book two was a little less fast paced, but still pretty quick flow. This book, however, just kept going on and on. Certain character chapters I found that I just didn't care about what was going on with them. Sometimes it felt like there were filler chapters. I don't know.
Whatever the reason was, I had a hard time getting through this one. I just ended up feeling like I lost interest in what was going on with the characters and didn't care as much about the end of the story. It was a decent plot, but just too much dragging through it.
This book is a nice finale to an incredible trilogy. I was skeptical at first, dinosaurs and zombies - even though I really like both, but I really enjoyed these books and they are definitely one of my favorite zombie stories of the last twelve to fifteen years. If you haven't read 1 and 2, stop reading this review and go buy them, then this one. I don't know what else to say. As someone who is sick of zombies in general, but will still read about and watch them from time to time, this book and its prequels are a nice change from the usual fare. Pick this series up and give it a go.
Excellent series with a great conclusion, very satisfyingly paced, well written, good characters. I enjoyed all three books equally and liked reading a zombie series with a twist.
