Light Readng Fun

If you are looking for thoughtful theology or grass-roots geology then move on. But for some light entertainment this is for you. There is some technical jargon that will appeal to sailing enthusiasts and he seems to know what he is talking about. Other than that is a high-adventure "paperback novel" that you can just sit back and enjoy in an hour.

Fun adventure, good read

I enjoyed the book, a bit swift pacing and elements of the story seem rushed and not fully fleshed out, such as crew diplomacy and cave drama. Every time there is conflict it is a near immediate resolution which kills the suspense. I also wish there was more detail in fight scenes. Overall a good book, a fun adventure but it could have been even better.

Great sailing story with slight pirating

Really enjoy going in sequence with these books. Great Marine story with a slight touch of Pirate. Thinking back though only three books there has been a lot of well written adventure. These boys get in it bad but they ate slippery. Liking the author more each character I discover.

Another great book

I am thoroughly enjoying this series. I love the conflict of trying to overcome the pirate label while constantly being screwed over by corrupt politicians

Maybe not quite as good as the first two but an entertaining adventure all the same. It kept me interested enough to keep reading the series.
