Wow
His Dirty Secret (Side Chick Confessions Book 1) by Mia Black. This is my first time reading from this author. Mia Black did a good. This book is dealing with drama, depression and lies.
Jayla is a good woman and looking for a good man in her life. Darius is good with the paper but he's example of his dirty secret.
There are 6 parts of this book but I just finished reading this book #1. The storyline is on point and it's turn pager. I can't wait to read part 2 of this book.

This was a fast pace story, Kayla and her friends were looking for good men to occupy their lives, after a night out of clubbing Kayla ran into her Prince Charming Mr. Darius ( humm).
Great weekend read.

I was intrigued but it's hard to give this a full review when it feels like I've only read half the story. All I know is that Jayla has had a hard life so far with taking care of her siblings and working as a CNA. Then she meets Darius who appears to be this perfect guy but lo and behold he has a secret...and anyone with half a brain can figure out what the secret is. That is the entire book. Honestly. You can get that information just from reading the back. Hopefully the real story starts in part 2 because part 1 was literally a waste of time.

Jayla is a woman and looking for a good man to be a part of her good life. Darius is typical. He has money however wants his cake and icing too while hiding his dirty secrets. The book is a good read for some but not very relatable for me. However it does has its cliffhangers probably to take you into the future parts of the stories.

Very good book, I just don't understand why men do what they do. Darius is the typical guy with money that think he can have is cake and eat it too. I look forward to finding out what other lies he is going to tell

Things aren't always as they seem!
The saying it's to good to be true held so true in this novel. Poor Jayla, just when she thought things were great in her world. Too many questions are not answered and I'm not about to purchase the other 4 or 5 books so I guess I'll have to just not know how it ends. I just can't do multiple novels in a series right now. Overall a good start just editing needed & I hate the abrupt ending.

This book would've gotten a higher rating from me if it wasn't such a shorty story with a cliffhanger to get you to read the next book. As short as this book was, I'm sure the next 2 books in the series could've fit in this one without it being too long. There were also a lot of errors. It was definitely a page-turner, but without knowing if the next book in the series is just as short, I won't be purchasing it.

The ending was perfect for part two. What I don't understand is, how she didn't know he had a wife. Hasn't she heard of Google and background checks, lol? Too many men keep secrets. You have to check and do what you can to protect yourself. Looking forward to part two.....Sounds like its going to be lots of drama.

Well done
The book was fantastic, it kept my interest, it had a lot of hood and intense sexual comments. It was well written to be a high rating book and also to relate to the readers or someone in life. Book was short but also opened the way for the reader to buy the next book, so that put money in the writers pocket. So it was a great thought out book with great long term financial goals. A++. Well done!!!

Whew!!
Whew Chile, I was not expecting that twist! Just read this during my overnight shift. I was so into the story that I wasn't watching the clock. It's almost time to get off! But anyways, there were a couple of parts that confused me. Those parts were explained in the next few pages. The characters were believable. The relationship was steamy. I didn't even really notice any spelling errors. It might have been because of the JUICE! Definitely ready for book 2!

You just Know
I thought Jayla was off from jump but had to see where this was going. She knew nothing about this guy. She didn't ask none of the important questions. She still don know who he is or what he does. It was easy to pull the wool over her ass. I wasn't sure what to expect from this story but now I gotta see what happens. There some errors and words missing but not enough to be annoying. Yet.

Think before you leap
I thought this book was ok . I want more I guess I have to read book2 to find out about Mr. Darius. Kindle book: I have no idea how I stumbled on this book, but I became completely engulfed in the love story of Darius and Jayla...I love a love story...so needless to say I quickly learned that this book is part of an 11 book series and I bought them all... I guess it'll take about 11 days to finish these...book 1 👍

Jayla had a hard start at life, she was forced to step up at a very young age to take care of her siblings. Jayla and her girlfriends head out for some fun and that’s when Darius enters her life with his dirty secret. This was a good read and I really want to know what happens next so on to book two.

Scandal in the sheets
This was a juicy start to a book series. I loved the ending which makes me want to read the next book. I got through this book quickly because the dialogue is good and funny at times. Jayla didn't mean to be the side chick, but now what? I guess I will have to read part II.

So much going on
I enjoyed how smooth the story was going. I was on the edge of my seat while reading it. There are so many more parts to this that I need to read. Definitely going to continue reading this.

The Book was good. However the overall theme was generalized. I liked how at the end of the book thre was a cliffhanger that left me wanting read more. SO, instantly downloaded part 2. The book is of course about an independent lady and her want to be prince Charming. iIt's a great short read.

What can I say. I knew this story was just too good to be true. Now I need book 2. I can't understand why men lead women on like they do and when things hit the fan all hell seems to break loose.

Darius just had to be the stereotypical Prince Charming of the modern ages. *Rolls eyes* Hell, I was touting for him but just like most men he has more secrets that outweigh his devilish charm than the lord allows.

I am not an avid reader, but since I have been writing my own books and trying to improve on my writing I have begun to read more books. It is very hard to hold my attention, but this book did the trick. Awesome read.

It was ok!
It was a short interesting read. It was just getting good when you get to the end and left with a cliffhanger. I wish it was longer, not intrested in the books that have 3,4,5 parts to them.

This was a very easy story to read, a very sensible young woman with a lot of responsibility finally decide to go out and a nice time. Meet a handsome well off man that spoils her but all that glitters is not gold or is it?
