A great collection

This collection is out of order, which drove me crazy because you learned things about the characters before you learned about them. It was really horrible, if the stories weren’t good I would of quit so be warned.

All the stories were filled with drama, pain, love and a sense of family. Hospitals really are a country unto themselves and this demonstrated that perfectly.

I have learned a few things about myself through reading. One I really love the books that are relatable, which this is. Two I hate grammar mistakes in books I pay for, this book drove me crazy 1’11 appeared a number of times instead of I’ll.

This is eight full length novels. They are grouped around people who work at St. Joseph's hospital. They are not in chronological order. The same characters show up and the hospital is the same. This was the most wonderful set of books I have ever read. Throughout the books I found many real life situations that I was able to identify with. some times it was the author's strong characters and sometimes it was the situation that the characters found themselves in. I saw many of these as individual books if you want to buy them separately, but to get all eight in one volume was a bargain for me. These were truly wonderful books. They are truly more than five stars.

Value

The Emergency eight book set is truly a great value. There are eight great doctor books that will touch you hearts. All of the books had meaningful story lines and characters that dealt with life and death on a daily basis. I felt for each as they had to still try and save lives as they tried to have a life outside the hospital. I'm sure doctors and nurses today sacrifice so much for us.

Good read

Good read. This box set was good reading. Just took a long time to finish. Don't know if I can break down each book separately. Fairly clean, I dislike steamy love scenes, they do nothing to the stories.

Very enjoyable, quick easy reads. Low maintenance reads... easy to finish one and pick it back up a few days later for another.

Emergency Romance Bundle

The eight books were each complete enough to stand alone but I liked being able to read all of them as a number of characters appeared in more than one book. I did not appreciate the order of the books, the results of some of the last books was revealed in earlier books which made for choppy and unexceptional reading. Descriptions of typical days in the various specialty services were very accurate. The characters were well drawn and multidimensional. Enjoy a good weekend read.
