Really glad I borrowed this book from the library and didn't purchase it. I'm not sure all the recipes will even work as some had little or no added liquid. They're not particularly healthy either no matter what way of eating you follow. Many recipes contain white pasta, white rice, bacon fat, etc. The section on vegetable main dishes includes recipes for mashed potatoes and risotto without any additions other than sweeteners. Hardly what I'd want to eat as a main dish. Almost all of the vegetable recipes also include meat, bone broth or tons of dairy.
