This may all be common sense but I quite like Wilsons approach and explanations.
I think this book has many tools you would refer back to when life gets a bit overwhelming.
It breaks down into steps ways to help you remember your priorities. It also gets you to visually address where your life is at compared to where you want it to be. Yes, a lot of issues come down to attitude, which he talks about but he provides solid guidance on identifying that and also when it might be more than just an 'attitude fix'.
Overall, a helpful reference to re-align your prioritise and help you feel like you can work toward achieving some balance in your life!
I was wandering randomly my local Brisbane City Council Library at Fairfield when I happened upon this absolute gem of a book. Written by guru of calm, Paul Wilson, it was exactly what I needed to keep me from going completely insane during a time of complete inbalance.
I've been obsessed with creating balance in my life and uncovering what it is I was put on this earth to do for a while now. This book brought together the new-agey, how to flow in your life stuff, with practical exercises to work out what's most important. It looks at all aspects of life - physical, spiritual, work and social - the roles you play, your responsibilities, to help you refind your centre of balance and to develop strategies to live the life you want.
I highly recommend it to anyone who longs for finding the the time to do all the things you would love, everyday of your life.
