It sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Working half as much, earning twice as much while living the life of your dreams. This is the brave “tried-and-true formula” offered up by the authors to help reboot your life and business in this book.

Such concrete, sure-fire claims always get this reviewer a tad uneasy and one tends to ignore the broad headlines and promises. This need not mean that some of the elements belonging to a programme are necessarily bad: it can be quite the opposite. You can pick up a fair bit of good advice about things such as setting goals, networking, maximising efforts and planning. This book is no exception and it gives a lot. It is just the broad claims and over-simple promises that one is unsure about and totality of its delivery. It might be good for you though…

It did not work as a “complete solution” for this reader. It failed to gain traction and create engagement. It might be a case of “different strokes for different folks”. One thing in this book’s favour is that it is cheap: if you are unsure it is hardly a big investment to try and see if it works for you (or borrow it from a library).

With a book like this you must get an immediate connection to it, especially if it is going to be your business Bible for the near-future. For this reviewer, it just fell far short of that. A few nuggets of information fell out, but it felt far from being a total, promising solution.

Super idealistic and helps me figure out what I am doing right and where I can consider course correction in terms of financial, personal, and professional rewards.
