Author put a sincere effort to explain what he has gone through, if he can do it other can do it too. Passion and commitment is the key to achieve your goal . I liked reading it and enjoyed the book and its approach .
The recipes alone are worth my rating. They are easy and delicious! Only took away 1 star because the exercise section felt overwhelming for me however many people may be inspired and follow through to success.
