The fire's never been this hot! But can they both take it?
Kali Jameson has a past exactly like her present. Nothing's changed since... Since him. The werebear who changed everything. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This is the last story about the Hamilton brothers – Rhodes. He gets his HEA with Kali. They have a history and a very deep backstory to work thru before they can be together. These brothers, and their wives to be, find out how to stop the wildfires that are hitting Shifter Groves and surrounding areas. And the end of this book will make you smile, giggle, and laugh out loud at these brothers but it is a wild ride to get there. I love these folks and hope we get to visit with them in a future book.

Kali and Rhodes have a rocky relationship but both still love each other.
Really enjoyed every book in this series and this one had a perfect ending for all brothers.

My first time reading a shifter romance. This short offering has a curvy biracial heroine and a white male hero that is a firefighting werewolf bear (yeah, I know). The shifting aspect was not off-putting like I originally imagined. Take out the beast inside and it's basically a paint by numbers brooding male needs meets "sassy" female erotic romance. Overall, Not bad. Not overly wow. Very minor editing snafus (very minor). Overall a smooth read. For those that haven't ventured into shifting, this series seems like a good place to start. Though this was the last book, I plan to at least go back to the first (which also a Black heroine).

So if you looking with a book with a little romance, intriguing and drama this is it. There is a back story here but this is a fast paced romance. Good read.

This is the fourth book in the series and in my opinion it was the most awesome of all!!!!
Rhodes is the most tortured and broken of all 4 brothers and he has been running all of his life and still runs.
Kali's life has been half after that aweful night ....after what happened and after Rhodes living her.
Now his brothers have plans for him and that includes him and Kali getting back together but can they face their hidden secrets and stop running?
Also there is still an arsonist on the loose...can they survive a new fire??
SO freaking well written and full of action and the emotions just beat down at you hard to ignore any of the characters!!!
Strong headed and stubborn both characters are damn hot.....together they are explosive!!!

This is a short, sweet story of two people that love one another but have kept their distance. They now have a second chance at making it work. Rhodes left Kali because he thought she would have a better life without him. Kali never really recovered and has just been treating water to survive. When they are brought back together, the chemistry explodes. These two can't keep their hands off each other. The sex is easy but the staying and making a relationship work are much harder for them.
I enjoyed seeing Rhodes reconnect with his family. Kali seems so sad and didn't really become alive until she saw Rhodes again. You root for them to find a way to make it work this time.

OH MY GOSH..... Where do I even start? Rhodes is running from his demons and his past. He cant deal with it and he runs from it. The one thing he regrets is Kali.
Kali is stuck in limbo. She hasn't moved on. She cant get over the one man who is it for her Rhodes. She gets a call from Ragnar will she do what he asks.
These two have a history that they need to face together. Will they come out of it whole? Will they find out who has been starting the fires? Will anyone get hurt this time? Will they fulfill there Uncles will?

Rhodes and Kali are tricked into seeing each other again by his brothers. A wedding has to be agreed but will they.The chemistry is still there but will secrets from the past split them up. Forest fires.. decisions to be made and weddings to sort this is a brilliant 4th story. Hoping for at least one more story for a catch up.

An ARC was given to me for an honest review. Ragner called in a favor, she owed him. She came to saves Rhodes supposedly. Of course, he didn't know he needed saving, lol. Rhodes and Kali can't figure out why they can't get themselves together. It's because they need each other but they've been running in opposite directions. This quick hot story will clear up the fire mystery and take care of the Hamilton brothers legacy. Enjoy I did.

This forth book in the series tell the story of Rhodes and Kali's journey towards love. I have mixed feelings about this book. As always with Ms. Nowlans books it's well written and has great characters. I loved the ending. I just didn't like Rhodes. I wasn't happy with how he treated Kali. I also think it should have been much longer with more growth put into Rhodes character. But all in all it was still a good read and I recommend it.

Rhodes lives his life on the edge and he doesn't want to go back home but his brothers need his help and it's not like he has anything better to do at the moment. Until he's see Kali again and everything come back. Will they be able to make it work this time?

so what happens when someone from your past comes back due to your brother and the fact that you left her due to something you did . but now your back to your roots and now your ex is in town . and who has started the fires are their thoughts on it correct or is it someone else entirely . find this and if the boys keep their family home and if these two find common ground and who is the arsonist ,. and stay tuned for review of the box set

I have enjoyed this entire series, the characters were well written and acted in a manner that called to their personalities. The plot moved along very smoothly and I connected with the area of shifter grove and all of the characters. I hope there are more stories to come from this author and about this little town that sounds like a wonderful place to call home.

Another great series
I continue to fall for Shifter Grove. The arson that has plagued the community is just another problem that they all work together to figure out. Each Hamilton brother has found their mate and fate works miracles to keep them all together. Very happily ever after type of series.

Rhodes and Kali's story was short and fast
pace. It was also sweet. They each were struggling with their past issue. He is a smoke jumper, bear Shifter, who ran from place to place. He was the youngest of the Hamilton boys. She was stuck in her same rut not ever moving on... until Ragnar Hamilton gives her a call.

I hope to see Sear's story. Really like as I did all the other's. Good story line and great characters. Strong women willing to fight for their men.

I'm hoping the author gives us another book that wraps up the reasons behind the antagonist's actions in these books. As of right now left with more questions than answers.
