Very helpful to understanding

Very helpful to understanding and implementation of restorative justice in an organization. The book is written in a logical fashion that builds your understanding as you go through the chapters.

A decent enough introduction and a very easy read but too basic for my needs to the point of being annoying in places. Read for a course

This book was easy to follow and filled with gems about how to learn and grow from experiences, challenge assumptions, process feedback and manage change. Through reading it, I have become more reflective and effective in my personal and professional life.
