When I purchased this book, I saw the publication date as 2009. If I had looked carefully inside the preview I would have noticed that it is a re-edition from a 1990 book, without any update. The writing style is a bit tedious and repetitive. It feels like the author had to stretch his prose to have enough pages for a whole book.
