Hooked from the Start......A Modern Day Fairy-Tale.......Complete Brilliance!!

I was captivated from the beginning. It keeps you wanting more. I was totally blown away with everything about it. I could not put it down. It was unlike anything I have ever read before. Two sides of one epic story, an alpha playboy who likes to play, and a supernatural twist that blew me away! It is a must read romance with lots of heat, angst and suspense. This story totally had me spell bound. I laughed as well as cried throughout all three books in the Boxed Set. It was beautifully well written. All I can say is "What a voyage!!!!!". This book made me believe in true love. If you have not read it, you should definitely read it either through Kindle Unlimited or buying it. If you do, you will not be disappointed.

TouchStone For Play
I was given an ARC of this in return for an honest review and i have easily given it five stars for an amazing read that has kept me captivated because wowzers, what a read!!

This story has been one heck of an emotional roller coaster right from the start, that has left my nerves feeling slightly frayed around the edges. All the twists and turns left me wrecked at the end of each chapter, desperately wanting to find out what happens but too scared to turn the page.
This exhilarating modern day fairy tale is brilliantly written, Sydney Jamesson is a a superb writer and i can't wait to read more.

TouchStone For Giving
I was given an ARC of this by the author in exchange for an honest review.

An easy 5 stars for an exceptional read!

Wow!! I didn't think anything could top TouchStone For Play but i was wrong! The second book in the story of us is outstanding. After the amazing cliffhanger in the second book, i couldn't wait to dive right into the next one! It captivated me from the very first word and kept me there, until the last and once again it has taken me on an emotional roller coaster of a ride, as i followed the continuation of Ayden and Beth's love story and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout and even had me biting my nails in a few places. There are lots of twists and turns that keep you guessing and turning the page to find out what happens.

This book is so cleverly written, it has a depth that many fail to reach and you feel every emotion that the characters are feeling within the story. Sydney Jamesson is a very talented writer and i can't wait to read the final instalment of the Story Of Us trilogy.

TouchStone For Ever
I was given a copy of this in exchange for an honest review.

The first two books in the trilogy were amazing, so i had high hopes for the conclusion to their love story and it did not disappoint! I gave it 5 stars because it truly deserves it and nothing i write will be able to do it the kind of justice it deserves. The story is breath taking, beautifully written and very clever, with twists and turns you do not expect.

I laughed, cried, despaired and found hope alongside the characters, in fact i think i felt every emotion known to man whilst reading this story. However i knew that the ended would be so worth it and it was.

Ayden and Beth's story has captivated my heart and soul and this conclusion was perfect for a love that i will enjoy over and over again!

Well done Sydney Jamesson, you really are an amazing author and i think i may have just become your number one fan!!

Just to show you how good this story was, i have to let you know: I was in the middle of reading another book when I came across this series...and i bought it the same day and started reading it and was hooked and utterly captivated from the get-go...
Never looked back at that other book i was in the middle of..

So for this series...the words that keep coming to mind to describe how it felt to me are : graceful and elegant... I'm not even sure if thats how youd describe a book, but thats how it felt to me..
Beth and Ayden were/are perfect for each other, their connection was so strong that even me as the reader didnt understand what they were talking about sometimes, but thats okay because that just shows how bonded they are body and mind... The romanticism, the love, the connection, the understanding, their past, tragedies, it all fit together and made sense as more of the story was revealed..
It was really interesting getting into the mind and pov of Dan Rizler...he's kinda psycho and it's creepy but i think it adds perfect darkness into the book and it just makes you want to keep reading to find out if he ever does get to Beth again.. It's weird, his protectiveness of Ernie and then his creepy fantasies toward Beth...

Now onto the third book, im still trying to figure out if it would be considered cheating...but the dark angel proves to be tremendous help, even though he does cause some courses of action that prove his title "dark" as correct...
What bothered me a bit more was that DI Bowker was soooooooooooo set on sympathy for Elise and was trying super hard to expose Ayden's past...he doesnt need to do all that. Elise was at fault and you should recognize a woman scorned when you see it...all the evidence was there in plain sight, there was no wrongdoing on Aydens part.. But when it came down towards the end and he stared to investigate what really happened when Elise was a child, now that is truly a tragedy and that's what made DI Bowkers involvement more understandable..

But to conclude(cause im ranting now) i would reread this definitely and recommend it! It's a beautiful, touching story and i cant wait for the next installment! Beth is a beautiful soul and Ayden is perfect and Jake is a very loyal and fun personality, i just sense a little heartbreak for him coming though...
Anyways, bravo! I loved it! :)

All I can say about this series is wow! Ayden Stone and Elizabeth Parker is the most amazing couple you could possibly read about. Their love story is one for the ages. I laughed and cried and just couldn't put it down. I didn't expect it to be as long as it was but that didn't matter. I was drawn into their world and couldn't get enough of it. Trust me this series is something you want to read. One click! You must!

I need counselling... imagine the biggest book hangover, then transcend it to another plane!!!
It seems like a lifetime since TouchStone for giving left us on an almighty cliffhanger in November 2013, but nothing could have prepared me for the monumental emotions evoked when reading TouchStone for ever!!!
We all talk of fairytales and knights on white chargers, but TouchStone for ever is the epitome of everything you could possibly dream of, with a huge helping of the unpredictable, in keeping with the author's unique and daring style of writing...
To say that this is epic is an understatement.. the story is stunning, the symbolism is evocative and the music tugs on the heartstrings as you fall further in love with Ayden & Beth..... It can only be described as a magnificent conclusion to the only trilogy that made me cry, and I don't think even that does it justice!
I am so glad that addicts of pure literary romance now have the chance to buy the trilogy as a box set... one to cherish and revisit for years to come!

The Story of Us Trilogy was a series I devoured. Below is my individual review of each book. As a whole, the story was original and fascinating. The addition of song references and Shakespearean quotes added beauty and depth to the story.

TouchStone For Play
Steaming hot, romantic, a fantasy of a love story that is sure to sweep you away. That is the best way I can describe Sydney Jamesson’s, TouchStone For Play, the first book in The Story of Us Trilogy.

What is it that brings two souls together so immediately? Love at first sight? Chemistry? A recognition of belonging? Maybe all of those factors. But love and life never is without complications. Both Elizabeth and Ayden must come to terms with their own darkness and pasts they’d like to forget. The push and pull of this relationship is an interesting one, yet one thing is crystal clear - their love is reciprocal, obsessive, permanent.

In contrast to the beautiful and sensually provocative chapters between the lovers are the ones from Dan’s point of view—sexually twisted, dirty, perverted and violent. Tension builds as he schemes to abduct Elizabeth as he had once before, this time hoping to take it to the next level and make her his sexual prisoner.

TouchStone For Play leaves the reader with a bit of a cliffhanger and the foreboding assumption of what will soon come to pass. I immediately started book two: TouchStone For Giving, and you will want to as well. Don’t pass up this beautifully written story. Especially if you have a passion for music and poetry.

TouchStone For Giving
Book Two in The Story of Us: TouchStone For Giving by Sydney Jamesson did not begin the way I had expected. TouchStone For Play ended with an edge-of-your-seat cliffhanger, one where you were certain of what would happen on the first page of the next book. This was just the beginning of the unpredictability of this story. Secrets and mysteries were spoon-fed in tiny increments, not only to the reader but also to Beth, the female main character.

I will admit, that although I gave the first book a five-star review, I had some plot concerns. It seemed to me that Ayden, a womanizing man, became overly obsessed and in love with Beth immediately. I overlooked this and let myself get swept away with the fantasy and romance of it all. However, it was because of the subtle hints the author wove into the story that assured me there was much to learn which, I knew, would justify the suddenness of the romance.

Slowly, the answers to my questions were satisfied. This story has romance, intrigue, mystery, suspense, and so many tense and chilling moments. The sick obsession Dan, the antagonist, has for Beth is a disturbing parallel for the beauty of Ayden’s pure love for her.

Again, at the end of this book, there are unanswered questions. The author craftily drops hints that can easily be overlooked. I can’t wait to find out what happens in TouchStone For ever and to see how deep and far back Ayden and Beth’s connection goes.

TouchStone For Ever
TouchStone For Ever, Sydney Jamesson’s conclusion to The Story of Us Trilogy is a highly emotional ride with unpredictable twists and turns. It would seem that this book falls into a different genre than the other two books, as it introduces otherworldly elements that were undetected before. Or so it seemed. There were subtle hints throughout the series that something unusual and unique was driving the fate of these soulmates.

This is a beautiful story that touches every emotion—love, pain, loss, fear, confusion, sacrifice, friendship, abandonment, and euphoria.

TouchStone For Ever is a seductively erotic take on It’s a Wonderful Life crossed with The Wizard of Oz and a few other fairytales mixed in for good measure.

I look forward to reading more from this author. She is a master at weaving an intricate and addicting tale.

"TouchStone for ever" by Sydney Jamesson Rocked my world !!! This is No Ordinary Love Story.

I am going to try and review "TSFE" without giving away any spoilers.

I have been along for journey of "The Story of Us" of Trilogy from the beginning. While Reading "TouchStone for play" and "TouchStone for giving" I laughed, cried and swooned. I felt joy, passion and fear. I came to love, trust and admire Beth. I was proud of Ayden and the Man he became for Beth. I became invested in their future. Thanks to Sydney Jamesson's flawless writing I remembered what it was to believe in fairy tales again.

While eagerly awaiting the 3rd and final book in the series "TouchStone for ever" I had imagined a number of possibilities. I imagined the course their lives would take, I worried about the obstacles they would have to overcome. I knew danger was still lurking in the shadows and that they would have battles to fight and win together. Never once did I doubt that they were soul mates destined to be together. I knew that Sydney would take us on great journey giving Beth and Ayden an ending worthy of their epic romance. I thought I was ready for the adventure. I was wrong!! You don't get to be ready for this... It was transcendental.

"TouchStone for ever" is about the power of love, devotion, spirituality and fate. It test the limits of endurance and show's that with great love comes great risk. To ensure that their future is for ever, great personal sacrifices are made, beliefs are challenged and the world as they have known it cease to exits.

Sydney Jamesson dared to take us on an adventure that transcends the bonds of earth. She was brave enough to give us the unexpected. I am sure she knew that her readers would initially be shocked. I had to put the book down several times and ask myself if I understood what I had read. I challenged myself to examine my own beliefs about love, destiny and the metaphysical dilemma faced in "TSFE" and then I read it again making sure to take in all the subtle nuances.

I loved "TouchStone for ever, it was a powerful, emotional journey, an epic conclusion to A Magical Love Story. Thank you Sydney for giving me what I didn't know I wanted !!!

This boxset is everything you could want to read. It is a sweeping story of an alpha, billionaire who meets that one woman. But do not despair as i almost did Beth is a match to Ayden because of all she has been through it has shaped her to who she is when she meets Ayden. This series is romantic, sexy and breathtaking i through enjoyed binge reading all the stories in one go, i had previously read book 1 but had never got round to the others. So this boxset was ideal no having to download and wait for the next release they are all here and at a great price. Fall in love with Ayden and Beth, their story is incredible and kept me gripped to the end. Perfect winter reading material when tucked up warm and with a beverage :)

I just finished all of the books real eased as of yet. There are two more after this trilogy and well worth the time! There is just 1 more to come to wrap it all up and I can't wait! Ayden and Beth are my new favorite couple!

There is a sweet and sexy love story running all through these books. One that spans a lifetime and how it all come to fruition is just amazing. So many nooks and crannies that made you just love not only the main characters but all of them. I got to know them all with out being bored with details. The descriptions of people and places gave me a vivid picture as I was reading, feeling like I was sitting amongst them.

I just with I found this story a few months into the future since I'll be anxiously waiting the final story.

Put it on your want to read list!

This book by Sydney Jamesson was an amazing read. I have never found a book that captivated me as much as this story of Beth and Aiden. I could not put the books down and stayed up all night reading. The story line leaves you with excitement as you flip from page to page, never quite sure what will happen next. You can't help but fall in love with the characters as they evolve and navigate their relationship. I am truly hooked on this author and will continue reading her work in years to come. I highly recommend 'The Story of Us' to anyone wanting to read a one of a kind story.

Couldn't put the book down!

I enjoyed this book very much, but at times I wasn't sure if I would like it. The first book was good, but it reminded me of Fifty Shades. The second book I enjoyed a lot, and the story got so interesting that I couldn't stop reading. The third book was great, but I wasn't that into the demon/angel thing and was just wanting Ayden to come back to Beth already. Overall this was a great read and I would defiantly suggest others to read it.

TouchStone for Play
I am racking my brain on how to begin my review for this book. I have to be totally honest because I was taken to a whole new level of reading with this trilogy. With TouchStone for play I did not find myself drawn to the main characters at first. I found that the strong sexual chemistry between Elizabeth Parker and Adyen Stone was overpowering and I was not able to connect to them. The character I did fear was Elizabeth's starker Dan Rizler, his obsession took a hold of me that I did not want to turn the page and find out what his plans were for his precious Elizabeth. Jamesson's writing of just the way Rizler held a photo and his thoughts creeped me out. It wasn't until I was more than halfway through the story that I realized somewhere during my read that Ayden and Elizabeth's love captured me and I had to continue reading their journey.

TouchStone for Giving
I was a emotional mess with the second story of Elizabeth and Ayden, their sexual chemistry is still strong as ever and there love for each other is like the air that they breathe. Dan Rizler's obsession is increasing but now he has a silent partner Elise Richards, Ayden's childhood friend that wants to destroy Elizabeth and Ayden's relationship. The beginning of this story had me hyperventilating, crying and wanting to scream hoping someone could save Beth. The middle of the story had me crying like a fool when I thought something has finally come between them and the end had the same affect as the beginning but this time it was traumatic, I could feel the fear that Elizabeth is feeling when she comes face to face with her stalker and I could feel the anger and love that Ayden has when he watches his Beth at the hands of her monster. I have to stop here.... I might start crying.

TouchStone for Ever
This is where Sydney Jamesson's writing threw me for a loop, I was destroyed in the beginning. Let me say that I started the third story around 4 p.m. and could not finish the book til 6 a.m. I was determined to fall asleep knowing the end of Ayden and Elizabeth's story.
As I said, I was destroyed in the beginning of the book. Almost to the point that I was going to give up and not finish reading the third part. I felt like I was being tested and taken to another dimension with Elizabeth's story. I thought I was having a Micheal or City of Angels moment and I could only watch those movies... One Time. I felt like a part of me was dying inside for Elizabeth. Even though the relationship of Ayden and Beth was written with Angelic moments, beautiful scenery and heartwrenching emotions. My heart could not stop searching and hoping for the love that is destined to be.
Elise Richards is a big part of this story that is held onto by Detective Mack Bowker, who will not give up until he finds out what part Dan, Elise, Elizabeth and Ayden have in each others lives. So this story has two parts one told by Elizabeth and the other told by Detective Mack Bowker.
All I have to say is that Story of Us series let me emotionally raw and to find out there is a continuation of Ayden and Elizabeth's story with Blue Genes (The Story of Us series: Into the Blue). I am taking a little break to realign my emotions before I read Blue Genes.

I was given an ARC of this in return for an honest review i have given it five stars as its a amazing read that has kept me reading.

This trilogy has been an emotional roller coaster from the very start that leaves you on your nerves. The twists and turns will keep you reading leaving you desperately wanting to find out what happens next.

Book 1: Touchstone for play:

We meet the hot and very charismatic multi talented mogul, millionaire and playboy Ayden Stone. He has everything he needs in his life no money worries, endless women who he can have to use and abuse and just disregard them till the next girl is in line for the same treatment. Ayden does want to find love but knows he's not going to find love with the next girl that throws herself at him or is some sort of gold digger.

Fate decides to help Ayden when he meets shy school teacher Elizabeth (Beth) Parker. Beth triggers something inside Ayden and this confuses him as he doesnt reconise this feeling. The only thing he knows is that he simply cant get enough of this girl she is on his mind 24/7. Beth has no idea of the beauty she is. She decides to allow Ayden to take her down a path which is unfamiliar to her and it will be her sexual awakening but also dangerous waters.

But with passion this strong between Beth and Ayden there's heartbreak and danger hidden around the corner. There's a dangerous person that's been in the background watching Beth and Ayden's relationship flourish and this man is Dan who is there to claim back what he belongs is his and that person is Beth.

Book 2: Touchstone for giving:

We start off where book 1 ended Dan is trying to break into Beth's apartment and when he is unable to get through the door he smashes the window to get through. There are a few bits where your heart is in your mouth as your wondering what is going to happen next. Luckily Beth's knight in shinning armour Ayden shows up and manages to scare off Dan. After what's happened Ayden insists that Beth goes to stay with him and even though Beth isn't happy with the idea but agrees to it. But Dan is box clever; he's taking his time, waiting for the right moment to strike. He is determined he will get Beth (his princess) one way or another. He also has a secret weapon to add to this twisted mix Elise Richards; she is a woman with a past and a passion for revenge: hell hath no fury like Miss. Richards. She is after revenge and wont stop till she gets it or who gets hurt.

Book 3: Touchstone Forever:

This is the final instalment in this trilogy and i have to say how much i really enjoyed this trilogy and will be looking out for more of this authors work in the future. I will be honest this i didn't expect to enjoy this trilogy as much as i expected. This author draws you in from the first page and you feel your there looking in on them.

We continue the story of Ayden and Beth. Beth is so in love with Ayden that she is willing to sacrifice and do anything to keep their love alive.

I would love to see a follow up from this book set up in say 10 years time (hint hint) to see what is happening in Beth and Ayden's world.

I was thinking about not leaving a written review. I'm still ambivalent toward doing this. This is hard because I liked book one, but book 2 and 3 not as much. I do not think this story needed three books and I, personally, had issues with these characters and cannot believe there is another series with Ayden and Beth going forward. I know the characters are English so some of the phrasing is British - fine, but I have read plenty of books by authors from England and did not find the writing style so difficult to follow. Sometimes I had to re-read some sentences just to ensure I was reading something correctly. The context was not always easy to figure things out. That may just be me. Sadly book three was just out of control. This went from a somewhat romance with alot of sex scenes to "out of this world" for almost all of book three. For me, I gave the trilogy a three because book 1 kept me there, book 2 starting going downhill and book 3 left me with a huh feeling and that was so out of left field. I will not tell you why I am saying this as I do not like leaving spoilers, but let us just say the the third book was kind of like invasion of the body snatchers but not sci-fi style. It did not fit with book 1 and book 2. I started breezing through pages in book 3 just to see the ending.

Needless to say, I don't see myself reading the next series for these characters. I just didn't connect or feel this series.

4.0 stars for the first two books, 2.5 for the third book.
I was taken in by the suspense/stalker storyline that an in tandem with the romantic story line. The way in which hero and heroine met and got together was fairly quick, but as the story unfolds; the reader gleans information that indicates the fast progression of the relationship maybe isn't as fast as initially thought. I enjoyed the first two books; however, I DID NOT like the third book. I had to ask myself if I was still reading the same trilogy by the same author. The basis of the third book took a nosedive into the paranormal and was horrible. Had I not liked the first two books as well as I did, I would not have finished this trilogy.

First, let me say this was a well written entertaining series! I loved the characters & truly enjoyed the story. With that being said, I would have rated it higher except for the "one more trial" n the last book. Some of the story before that was a little unbelievable. but that just really took it over the top. I'm sorry. That's my personal opinion for how the story affected me. I did finish the story although I was ready to put it down when that "trial" happened. I'm not gong to give any spoilers so that's all I'll say.
