Lucky Peach is a quarterly journal of food and writing. Each issue focuses on a single theme, and explores that theme through essays, art, photography, and recipes.
Except for the stray errors in copy-editing like missing letters in "the" and other words in the articles, Lucky Peach is still putting out good stories. I just hope the reoccurring errors (it's happened twice already) aren't a portend that the quality will be slacking.
Fantastic issue about fine dining: who's providing it, who's eating it, where it started, what it entails, and whether it is still relevant. Also? A delicious sounding, doable roast chicken recipe, and a fascinating excerpt from George Orwell's Down and Out in Paris and London.
