Emily Maroutian is an author, scholar, and philosopher whose work explores the intersection of philosophy, psychology, and human connection. She has authored more than 15 books that bring depth and clarity to the complexities of the human experience, offering grounded, practical tools for people navigating real lives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, and she is currently pursuing a PhD in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at EUCLID University, where her research continues to explore interreligious peacebuilding.

Across more than two decades of writing, Emily’s work has remained rooted in the belief that personal healing and collective peace are not separate pursuits. They have always been intertwined. Her academic research expands on these themes, exploring the relationship between inner transformation, human connection, and peacebuilding. I bought this in paperback because it is something I will read and re-read, mark and tab. Emily has an astute mind for psychology and translating that into killer advice/lessons and quotes that made me think. Beautifully done.

Collection of lessons, advises and passages that can be quoted forever - loved this book as well from Emily. 📙❤️✌️ Read a couple of pages per day and not at a stretch.
