Love these Caedmon Wolves

This is the story of Dawson who is brother to the Alpha Devin. He's throwing a Hugh party at his mansion when he meets Alessia. Alessia is a witch and an empath only she doesn't know it. She and her father believes it's a condition like a sickness. Dawson realizes that she is his mate. So he helps her to understand and deal with her powers which are getting stronger as she approaches her 25th birthday. She soon finds out that her mother's family are evil witches and are wanting her to join them.

This is such a good story as all the Caedmon Wolves stories are. Even though these are stand alone stories I highly recommend reading the complete series starting at book 1.

Seems like these are getting shorter or something. Aliessa is trying to figure out just what’s wrong with her starting with going to a party because of a crest she sees in her dreams. After a brief conversation with Dawson she takes off only for him to track her down. Little to nothing happens besides the two talking about bits and pieces of themselves and him giving her information about her condition that he knows. By the ending of the book, the two still have not mated but the quest is still on to figure out her condition. The only action in it is brief with the villain spilling everything for no real reason. Not a favorite here but it does make you want to read about Elisa and Tristian.

A witch and her wolf

Our heroine knows she's different but unsure how, her mother was killed when she was young. Our hero meets her when she sneaks into a party he's thrown and she runs from him. Later he tracks her down, when she questions him, he tells her she's a witch. Unbeknownst to her, an amulet was left for her by her mother and she's to receive it should she want her gifts. But her evil family want it and will kill for it.

Wolf's Temptation

Loved the way Dawson found his mate. Your heart went out to Alessia when you read that her mother was killed when she was a child. Loved how the book just flowed together so smoothly. There is a lot of sex scenes if you don't like reading those types of books. To me, it is just a part of our day to day lives. Has a lot of conflict, suspense, and action. You are not sure what will happen next until you read it.

This story is about Dawson Caedmon. This stray starts with meeting Alessia. She is a witch. Alessia attends a party at the Caedmon mansion. She wants some answers and recognized the family crest on the invite her friend gave her. Alessia is into more than she bargained for with her powers and her family. Dawson Caedmon swears she will protect her and this sweet short romance ends perfectly or not so perfect for her non-normal life.

I enjoyed this series, but I preferred longer novels than the short stories as I got involved with the characters I wanted to know about and their continued relationships. More pack info and politics. I feel like a lot of that was missing in the later books in the series.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I really like the dynamics of each and every book in this series. This author gives everyone the attention they need to make sure that the main couple is spotlighted while keeping the original characters where they need to be.

Another great read from this series. I must admit, I thought it might start getting redundant or boring. Not So!!! On to the next one!

Both of the Authors have written a awe-inspiring book. The story-line for "Wolf's Temptation" is exquisite and the plot creates its own uniqueness. This is my first book by either Author but it won't be my last. I love their writing style and the imagery it brought forth. The host of characters each have their own uniqueness and are very distinctive. The opening paragraphs drew me into wanting to know Alessia seemed to be so secretive.
It's quite normal that the invitation came with the Caedmon Crest and that the crest was on the gates leading into the Manson, and of course the tattoo on Dawson's Chest and shoulders. I just love the way it was intricately woven throughout the first chapters and by the end the Caedmon Crest was drawn in and apart of Alessia's world The crest had already been a part of her nightmares.
Alessia was desperately trying to find herself. She was a woman with powers she didn't understand and couldn't control. Fear, anxiety and uncertainty brought about her uncontrolled "condition" as Alessia referred to it.
Dawson pulled up in front of Alessia's work shop when she was about to leave. Alessia had no idea why this wolf had come to see her except that he had labeled her a witch and wolf's did not get along with witches. As Dawson continued to get closer to Alessia and corner her, she started to gather energy and when he had her at a disadvantage she threw a power ball at him. Dawson was knocked a few paces back but remained upright but he looked at her and asked Alessia what she was. Alessia said, "you know what I am you called me a witch."
Dawson was confused because witches used spells to do what she was doing and Alessia didn't say any spells. Dawson had reassured Alessia that he was not going to do any harm to her. As they were getting to know one another Dawson's wolf told him that Alessia was his mate. However, Dawson said nothing and after a couple of dates he had mention about wolf mates as Alessia had opened up about her life and how she had lived mainly as a hermit. As time went on Alessia mentioned that she was an empath and she wanted to know more of what had happened to her mom.
Alessia and Dawson had become lovers as they were "fated" mates. Although Dawson hadn't totally explained the meaning of it to Alessia but it didn't matter at the time.
As Alessia was getting ready to have dinner with her dad at 7pm and later a date with Dawson, she spied a pile of mail from her shop. While going through it she came across a blank envelope with only AO on it. She was trying to open it with trembling fingers. As it opened the paper it said if she really wanted to know who she was then to be at 1906 Edgewood Trail by the massive yellowwood tree at 7pm.
The address was where her home had been before it burnt to the ground, she remembered the tree well and went straight to it. Alessia waited and waited, no one came. She didn't know what to expect, maybe they would come by car or a broomstick.
As Alessia waited she paced around the tree. She began kicking the snow when her boot found purchase on something slick and she landed on her backside. Alessia crawled over to where she slipped and found a piece of flat wood over a hollow place. She tried so hard to opened it that she bloodied her hand and fingertips. Then Alessia became angry and pulled energy from the forest and threw an energy ball at the wood.
The wood splintered into several pieces and Alessia began pulling the pieces of wood away from the hole. When she had enough cleared away she found a tin box inside and took it out. When she opened the box she found a pendent with a seed. This had to be her moms as she had seen her mom make these before.
Suddenly Alessia heard growling behind her somewhere. As she began looking she spotted glowing yellow eyes of a wolf. It's yellow eyes were coming at her faster that she could do anything about so Alessia crossed her arms over her face and the wolf bit her on the arm. As it continued to attack she was scratched up on the arms, her chest and face. Alessia though she would die right then and there.
I left so much out of my review. So much passion and violence.
Pick up a copy this is an amazing book.

I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.

This is the first Ambrielle Kirk/Amber Ella Monroe book I have read. It was a great introduction to their books as I am now hooked. The story was intricate, but not so much so to be tedious to read or confusing. The characters are really well fleshed-out. Alessia is a woman coming up to her 25th birthday and desperately wanting to find out more about her past. She knows she is different, but she has no idea why or how to control it. The book begins with her quest to find her roots and leads her straight into the arms of Dawson, a self-assured, passionate, protective, alpha wolf. With the history being as it is, the witches and wolves aren't exactly on friendly terms. Therefore, it's not surprising that Dawson's brother implores him to be careful. Dawson himself knows it's a risk, but one he's willing to take. Alessia, who knows nothing of this history, senses the predator in Dawson with (understandably) sparks fear and wariness. Alessia starts out the book as a kind-hearted, innocent-like woman. She doesn't have malice in her. It was wonderful to see that, despite the distrust of Dawson's pack (and Dawson right off the bat) and everything else threatening to tear her life apart (or end it), she never loses that. I love the close relationship Alessia has with her dad as well as the bond between Dawson and his half-brother, Devin. For Alessia, that's all she's had her entire life. It was just her and her dad and the love between them was palpable. It is clear that familial bonds are very important, which I like. Once scene I found particularly entertaining (and no, this will not be a spoiler) is the scene when Alessia introduces her dad and Dawson to each other for the first time. I absolutely burst out laughing when her dad asks about his living situation (the combination of absurdity and practicality of the question is great). This book has a HEA ending and no cliffhanger. It could be read as a standalone book if so desired (obviously, as this is the first book in the series I've read - #7 - and I understood the story perfectly without the benefit of the previous 6 books). Overall, an excellent book. It is safe to say that I will be consuming the rest of the series in the very near future!

I was so excited to read this book!! This is the 7th book of The Caedmon Wolves Series by Amber Ella Monroe. & Ambrielle Kirk. And each one keeps getting better and better.

Alessia Con Der Hoeff is not one to step out of her comfort zone, but with her 25th birthday coming up she needs answers. She knows she's different than most with her "special condition", as she likes to refer to it, her ability to move things.. So when her friend gets sick and offers Alessia her invitation only party she was to attend she accepts. Not only because she needs to socialize more but because the symbol on the invitation is the same one she has been dreaming of. but why?
She needs answer's to why her mother died and what that emblem means.

Dawson Caedmon is hosting a private party, hand selected to those he knew. A wolf shifter can't be to careful, so who is the woman surrounded by 3 of them , enthralling them with her magic?..Witch? yet his wolf is growing Mine..

When Dawson and Alessia meet the room heats up.
Alessia gasps as she turns facing a huge muscled man. She can see the aura of the animal inside him, he's a shifter, a wolf! Dawson is floored by the beauty of her yet cautious, he's already seen her magic. But why does she seem to not know she's a witch or how to control her magic. Interesting.

Dawson knows Alessia is his mate and if he can help her solve the mystery and her no recall of the fire that took her mom, then so be it. No matter if his pack is leary, they hope its not a trap. He also needs her to learn control of her powers.

Alessia knows in her heart Dawson is trustworthy and sincere with his offer to help but...she doesn't want to hurt those she cares about, like Dawson himself.

And what does and empty glass pendant, a pendent with a seed in it and blood-born witches have to do with everything?

A must read to find out.

In this seventh book in the Caedmon Wolves series we meet up with Dawson, Devin's younger brother. Dawson has seen the happiness his brother has found by finding his true mate, but he wasn't so sure that he would be able to find that special someone for himself. He spends his free time enjoying life hanging out with his friends and throwing great parties. Little did he know that one of his parties, that he's become famous for, would bring him face to face with his own true mate. Alessia has always know she was different from others. She's spent her life trying to keep her true self hidden from others. As she nears her 25th birthday, she can feel a change in the air, and has decided that she's tired of hiding and is determined to find out what makes her so different form others. On her quest to find the answers to her questions, her path crosses with Dawson, and they both can feel a connection to each other that's hard to deny. When Dawson decides to help her figure out her history, will what they discover ruin any chances of a future that he hopes to have with Alessia.

If you're a fan of the Caedmon Wolves Series, I think you're going to really enjoy Dawson and Alessia's story. If you're looking for a sexy alpha male who knows what he wants and won't let anything or anyone stop him from getting what he wants, I think Dawson is your man. He knows that his relationship with Alessia might cause friction with his family and pack members but he's determined to make it work. Alessia, though not as sure of herself or Dawson at first, proves that she's a strong force to reckon with when pushed into a corner. I loved how these two decided to stand together and fight for each other. This is a love story with drama, a good amount action, and plenty of passion. I enjoyed Alessia's and Dawson's story and I give it 4 stars!

Page turning action, heart stopping romance!

Alessia has been searching for answers about her "condition" for most of her life. Her dad taught her from an early age to hide any signs that she is different. A gifted artist, she struggles to control power that seems to grow stronger the closer she comes to her 25th birthday. She has also been dreaming of a crest she has no idea is real. When her friend receives an invitation to a graduation party that bears the same image, Alessia knows she must go and find any information she can about her past. There she meets Dawson Caedmon and feels an inexplicable connection to him. Scared, she runs off, no closer to the answers she seeks. Dawson, a super sexy wolf, can sense her powerful magic right away. Being one of the top lawyers in town, he has no trouble tracking down the woman he just can't let go. There is just the pesky problem of witches, for the most part, being mortal enemies of the wolves.

First of all I was glad there was no cliffhanger. Even though I love series, cliffhangers drive me a little bonkers. That being said, I have already downloaded book 1 of the Caedmon Wolves. I enjoy their writing style and definitely plan to read the rest of the books available in this series. I think having a little back-story will make this series even more enjoyable to read. Great character development had me rooting for them from the beginning and lots of twists and turns kept me interested. If you like shifter stories I highly recommend this book. Heck, if you just like a good romance, I recommend this book. I have definitely added these talented authors to my favorite author list.

Wolf's Temptation is the seventh book in Caedmon Wolves series. It's Dawson's story. He is the younger half-brother of the pack alpha, Devin. It is a stand-alone book that connects with other books in the series through some shared characters and has an HEA with no cliffhangers. This is the first book that I have read by Ambrielle Kirk & Amber Ella Monroe and I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading more from this author in the future. I've already bought the box set containing books one through six and can't wait to get started on reading them. It's not necessary to read the other six books in this series first or even at all but I would definitely recommend doing that. I would also recommend this book to fans of paranormal series, especially ones interested in werewolf and witch romances.

Synopsis:

Dawson Caedman is a werewolf who works as a lawyer. He's known for being a playboy who throws a lot of wild parties. This is where he meets Alessia. He thinks she might be his mate but isn't sure. He is sure that she's a witch. Unfortunately his pack has a deadly past with witches and he's not allowed to mate with one. He'll do everything he can to protect her anyways.

Alessia is a beautiful artist who has no idea that she's a witch. She's about to figure that out since her powers are beginning to manifest and she's having trouble controlling them. She meets Dawson at one of his parties and he calls her out for what she is. This makes her run out of the party but he tracks her down later. All of this is connected to their secret history and the mystery of who murdered her mother.

Wolf’s Temptation is the 7th book in the Caedmon Wolves series by Ambrielle Kirk & Amber Ella Monroe.
Dawson Caedmon is known everywhere as the man who breaks hearts but in reality he is just another wolf trying to find his place in life. He has learned from the past not to trust people easily and NEVER trust a witch. But when the beautiful Alessia crashes one of his parties he is smitten from the beginning and can’t do anything but think of her.
Alessia knows she isn’t like most people but doesn’t really know much else about her ‘condition’; one thing is for sure, she always sees the same symbol in her dreams. When a friend falls ill and offers her to go in her place to a party Alessia doesn’t want to, that is until she sees the symbol from her dreams on the invitation.
After Alessia and Dawson meet at the party neither can stay away from the other. Then Alessia gets a mysterious note offering to tell her all about a past she has no memory of. Soon things start spiraling downhill for these two and things start to take a very dangerous turn. Will Alessia find out what happened in her past before it comes back to haunt her or will her past find her before she is ready and end any future she might have?
I loved these two together and am so glad I finally got another Caedmon Wolves book to read. This is actually the first shifter series I ever read and not only did I get hooked on the series but I got hooked of paranormal all together because of this series. This book was just as good as the rest and I can’t wait for the next one.

I was provided this book for an honest review. I love reading stories involving wolves! I enjoyed this story of Dawson finding his mate. Dawson Caedmon, the younger brother of the Devin, is the partying playboy and is known for just that. Alessia is special as in different from others and her father has gone a long way to protect her from her mother's family. Alessia attends a party that is invitation only by her friend who is to sick to attend to only find out the the crest that has seen in her dreams in the one place she feels she never should have come. Dawson and Alessia fill the pull and know what each other is (although Alessia is not aware that she is a witch).

While this book is an excellent read it most rather quickly, while some where answered near the ends of the book, there were some left unanswered questions for me. This book brought something full circle to know that Dawson and Alessia were connected in more ways than one, only her family (on her mother's side was evil). The depth of feeling Dawson and Alessia felt has he tried to come to her rescue and she thought that harm had befallen him at her aunt's hand was felt by me.

I would recommend reading the first six books before reading this one to catch up on the backstory of who all of the character's mentioned in this book are.

This is the final book in the Caedmon Wolf series and Wowee its another great novel, what a way to end the Caedmon Wolf series. (If you havent read the first six books i HIGHLY recommend you do, ideally before reading this book.) Caedmon Wolves ~ A Wolf Shifter Paranormal Romance 6-Book Collection by Ambrielle Kirk

This book helps round up the fates of the, almost cursed council members, who are alpha shifters to majestic and beautiful wolves. Who along with trying to build a life for themsleves and the pack, they have had many attacks and threats, from other shifters, humans and witches too.

There are some great twists to this story and it is well written, I wouldn't expect anything less from Ambrielle Kirk and Amber Ella Monroe. There work takes this very good romance and adds some saucy scenes to a very good plot. The outcome is a great novel I will enjoy reading again and again.
Within this story there seems to be a message of "differences and prejudices" should not dictate who a person is or their worth as a person. Whether the authors meant for it to come across this way or not it is a nice moral to this story.
I just wish there could be a future book so I can keep following this wonderful series.

Alessia has struggled her whole life with her abilities. She lost her mom at a young age and has no idea why she can see and do things that very few others can do. It has caused her to have to be very isolated from people other than her father so she can avoid questions.

Dawson is a wolf shifter and he knows from their first meeting that she is a witch and that witches are dangerous to shifters. He understands he should keep away but his wolf wants Alessia.

It is a dangerous choice for them to be together but they can't fight their feelings. They risk attack from multiple sources.

I really enjoyed the romance. They have an immediate attraction and great chemistry. Dawson is an alpha with a lot of protective instincts and he will risk his life for her. Alessia is also a protector and she doesn't want to risk him or anyone else in her journey to understand herself and her past. The story moves at a great pace and keeps your interest. I like that the alternates narrators so you get more understanding of the feelings of each of the characters. You don't have to read the other books first and can jump in and enjoy the story.

Given to me for an honest review. If you have read the previous books in this series, you may have already met Dawson. This is a standalone book about Dawson and his possible true mate. Alessia is using a friend's invitation to go to a party held at the Caedmon's mansion. She has been dreaming about the family's crest. She's being hit on by three men whose aura is wolf. They realize that she has magic and lust is in their eyes. The fourth man finally catches up with them and says “Mine”. The three men disappear. The fourth man tells Alessia that he saw what she did with the painting. Alessia wants to run and also wants to stay. Dawson tells her that he knows she is a witch. Now, he is dreaming about her and she is his mate. Witches have different powers and are not always friends with werewolves. Dawson believes Alessia is his mate so he goes looking for her. Will he find her and convince her they belong together? Will the witch and the rest of Caedmon pack believe that she is Dawson's mate? What will happen on Alessia's 25th birthday that is a few days away?

I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Alessia dreamed of a wolf's head in the center of a crest and sees the same design on a friend's invitation to a party. She must go and see if she can find answers to her strange dreams and her condition. Alessia fears her upcoming 25 birthday will mark a huge change in her life and those responsible for her mother's death will find her. Dawson encounters Alessia at his invitation only party and knows she was not invited. He is drawn to this witch despite the Caedmon's having many problems with the last several witches they battled. Dawson offers to assist Alessia in her quest to find out who and what she is.

A wonderful story. I am glad this book was added. Dawson needed his story told and the book added insight to the enemies of the Caedmon. Alessia is driven despite her sheltered upbringing and is willing to fight for herself and Dawson.

Dawson wants a true mate, he's seen how happy his brother is with his, but does he have one? Will she ever be close enough to be found?

Alessia is almost 25 and she knows that something life changing is coming. She always knew she felt different to everyone else and she's sick of not being herself and always trying to fit in. At one of Dawson epic parties she meets him and she feels uncharacteristically drawn to him. When he offers to help her unfurl her history, he had no idea of what lay ahead for them!

Sexy alpha man meets confused but strong willed female. She may cause ripples amongst his family but Alessia is his and he's not letting go!!! I loved the way that they just stood together against all comers, there was no dithering or dallying about! Something for everyone; drama, suspense, oceans of passion and red hot heat!!!

I was given an ARC of this book. I have not read any other books in this series, but I'm hoping I will change that soon! I love shifter stories, and this one did not let me down! I curled up with this book on my kindle and really enjoyed the store. Even without reading the others this story easily stands on its own. I am really hoping to see what continues to happen in this relationship, and with the family history better understood. I also love that a witch can be with a shifter. Anyway, I am impressed with the imagery in the story. I had no problems picturing everything and everyone in my head. Just a great story that had me from the first page. Can't wait to read another!

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is a book that is full of twists and surprises all the way through the book, but in good ways. The book is a quick to read book, however not an easy one to put down once you start it.

Dawson and Alessia are the main characters throughout the book, with many "faces" from the other books tied in nicely.
Dawson is a wolf shifter and lawyer (by day) who is gorgeous with matching gorgeous blue eyes that Alessia can and does get lost in. Alessia is a woman in need of finding out who killed her mom. She also need answers in regards to her magical powers. Dawson and Alessia have a not so happy meeting (he calls her a witch, she runs away) but they do get their happy "ending"

I am so glad that i was able to read and review this book, it was an awesome honor and opportunity. This series is a total must read.

This is another wonderful story about one of the Caedmon's this time it is Dawson's story he gives a party and meets a young woman Alessia Van Der Hoeff who is capable of changing the picture frame while still on the wall but she doesn't realize what she is doing but Dawson has not been able to take his eyes off her and he mentions what she has done and it scares her she tells him that she is a gallery owner and doesn't believe that he is correct when he says he thinks she is a witch because of the way she distorted the picture frame she is there for answers but not quite sure what brought her there other than the Caedmon crest she finds her again and they get to know each other and things start to happen that may ruin their chance at happiness. Loved this book. I received a copy for an honest review.

I have not read any other books in this series, but I'm hoping I will change that soon!

I love shifter stories, and this one did not let me down. I curled up with this book on my kindle and just fell in love with the story.

Even without reading the others this story easily stands on its own. I am really looking forward to seeing what happens next. I was impressed with the imagery in the story. I had no problems picturing everything and everyone in my head. Just a great story that had me from the first page. Can't wait to read another!

I was. DAWSON, DAWSON, DAWSON....

This book was an amazing, adventurous, and mouth watering page turner. I was hooked the moment I started reading. Now, I know the story is not over, so Ms. Kirk, I will be patiently waiting for th he next installment. While the romance was hot, the mystery behind Alessia's heritage was quite intriguing. Now what I really didn't like is that their book was too short. I tried to prolong my finishing the book as long as possible. I love my Caedmon Wolves pack. However, I enjoyed catching up a little bit on Devin, Tamara, and the triplets. The short insight on the Donor was an added bonus that I enjoyed too. Kudos to you Ms. Kirk. I will be patiently awaiting the next book in the Caedmon Wolves Series......

Wolf's Temptation is the seventh book in the Caedmon Wolves series and is Dawson and Alessia's story. I have been in love with this series since book one and this installment did not disappoint. When Dawson meets his mate, a witch trying to find her way, his natural instincts are to protect and help her even though it may cost him his life. There are many obstacles along the way but the bond these two had was strong and undeniable. The story was fast paced and definitely a page turner. Loved the chemistry, connection and how once again this author showed that true love always wins in the end. This is my favorite shifter series ever and I now want to re-read the entire series again...highly recommend.

I love the Caedmon Wolves. They are an amazing group of people and Ambrielle and Amber Ella know how to bring these wolves to light. They are strong, dominant men who have a wolf inside them. This latest book was about Damon, a wolf shifter who meets his "fated mate," the one who will complete him fully. Alessia is a witch. The wolves and witches do not get along at all. However, when she meets Damon, she is just about to turn 25, when her magical powers will come into full growth. With her mother dead and her father not versed in magic, she is left to her own to figure out her future. Now, all they have to do is figure out if they can make it through her birthday and still have each other.
