Bridge #3

Over the Edge

Rate this book
One good girl. Two men vying for her heart. Three people on the edge of love.

Olivia Bridge has always been a good girl—good grades, good friends, and a good job that her wealthy parents handed her. Desperate to carve out a life that is truly hers, Liv walks away from it all and takes on the challenge of helping her brothers open a chain of fitness centers in New York City. Just as she’s beginning to find her footing in a new place, she’s caught between two men who couldn’t be more determined to turn all her goodness inside out.

Will Donovan has the capital to make the Bridge brothers’ entrepreneurial dreams a reality. Taking their uptight sister to bed seems a reasonable perk for the risk. Liv is the smartest, sexiest prude Will’s ever met, and he can’t wait to break her down.

Life is too short for Ian Savo to play by anyone’s rules. Sharing women with his friend isn’t anything new, so when Will introduces him to Liv, he can’t wait to get a taste. But falling for the same girl, or falling at all, was never in the plans...

Over the Edge is a steamy, best friend's sibling standalone romance that ends in a happily ever after.

A sexually charged erotic romance that is over the edge addictive!! Meredith Wild didn’t hold back as she took her readers to the edge as she brought forth an unconventional romance that will awaken your sexual desire and a new understanding that love takes on different forms.

photo september 21 2019four in the afternoonfort bryant parkoxnard california_zpsy2e3dbhq.png “Over time I’d discovered that under every rich girl I met, there was a dirty girl waiting for the right guy to invite them out to play. That was me. I was that guy.”

In this third installment of the Bridge Series, Meredith wildly explores the new depths of love. Love between a woman and two men. Olivia Bridge has always been the good girl. The girl who wanted to please her parents and brothers. So with her two brothers happily married, Olivia is left somewhat on the sidelines that is until an investor of their family gym offers something that is not written on the blueprint. Sex with him. Sex with Will Donovan.

#OverTheEdge

Agreeing to his demand, Olivia steps out of her comfort zone and acts on her sexual attraction to Will. Soon she discovers this new wild raw sexual energy that he brings out in her. It made her want more. And for Will, something ignited inside him when he discovers that he wants more than one night with Olivia. As Olivia lets herself go sexually, she is presented with another offer. Sex with Will’s roommate, Ian Savo, who also happens to be Darren, her brother’s best friend.

photo september 21 2019four in the afternoonfort bryant parkoxnard california_zpsy2e3dbhq.png “Thousands of pretty girls in New York, but the irrefutable truth was that no one could hold a candle to Olivia Bridge. She wasn’t a diamond in the rough. She was just a fucking diamond— beautiful, refined, smart. A prize for any man. Except she was Darren’s sister …and Will’s new fucktoy.”

When Will informs Olivia that Ian and him enjoying sharing their woman, Olivia is presented the option to embrace this menage or walk away. But walking away is something that neither Will or Olivia wants. So when Olivia finally agrees to let her guard down, she embraces her sexual attraction, lust, and love she feels for both men. Both Will and Ian brings out something inside her. A sense of courage, strength, love, and home. But what happens when her brothers discover that their baby sister is with both men? Will this be the driving force to drive Olivia over the edge of rebellion and sexual freedom?

#OverTheEdge1

Over the Edge is a raw, unconventional romance that takes readers to a new heights of pushing boundaries of love. Meredith Wild tackles this controversial relationship gracefully and beautifully. Though this book is different from the first two books, I found myself embracing Olivia Bridge new found self discovery of love. I love that Meredith Wild challenges readers to step out of their comfort zone and see that two men are madly and wildly in love with Olivia. So are you ready to get lost over the edge in this well written story of raw love and new beginnings?

Meredith Wild does indeed do menage, folks and it is sexy as hell. In this hot addition to the Bridge series, Olivia gets not one but two sexy hunks to play with. Even though she clashes with Will at their first meeting, there is some strong chemistry that progresses rather quickly into an explosion of passion. Then Ian, Will's roommate and mutual friend to her brother, joins the party. What begins as a self satisfying arrangement for Will ends up being a lot more as emotions start to play their part. While I can't say I found anything in the plot surprising or new, I did find myself engaged and entertained by the writing and characters. They have their flaws and they were defined well enough as individuals that they felt distinct even in what they wanted out of their relationship. Very fun story with some depth and emotion to balance it out. Safety: No sharing outside the poly-amorous relationship. There is a violation of trust within the relationship. Brief separation with no others during that time. No rape or abuse.

Going into Over the Edge, I knew there was going to be a love triangle. I'm not a huge fan of love triangles in the YA fantasy books I normally read and it's not very common in romance books but I thought I would give it a shot. Apparently, I had the wrong idea of what "love triangle" meant in contemporary romance because as it turns out, love triangle is actually equal to two sexual partners. I don't know what I was expecting exactly but that was not it lol. I honestly thought that Olivia's heart would be torn emotionally between two men, and while this is true, it was the having sex with two people that took me by surprise, and what I must admit, made me a little uncomfortable.

Personally, I don't believe in having more than one partner. It's not my cup of tea and I just don't see how it can possibly work. I know that Olivia, Will, and Ian found a way to make their three-way relationship "work" in the end but I just wasn't able to wrap my head around it. It was definitely a bit unusual and uncomfortable for me and because of that, I wasn't able to enjoy this book as much as I had hoped to especially because I was expecting something a little less... Rated X. I know that there are people in the world that are in open relationships and have more than one sexual partner so I hope I don't offend anyone with this review. Ultimately, this book just wasn't for me even though I did enjoy some parts of the story.

Over the Edge did start off really strong for me in the beginning. I loved the idea of Olivia and Will. As for Ian, I liked him as a character but I just didn't love him with Olivia. Their relationship felt super rushed compared to Olivia and Will. The only moment that showed development between Olivia and Ian to me was when Ian brought Olivia to his father's studio to paint. Besides that, everything between them felt more sexual than anything. Olivia and Will's relationship felt more promising and we could've developed and explored their relationship more if Ian wasn't in the picture. Long story short, because it was a three-way relationship, both relationships felt very underdeveloped. You would think that putting both relationships would make the picture whole, but because we were split between two different men and two different relationships, I felt like I didn't really connect with either pairing.

Don't get me wrong, there were definitely some steamy scenes between Olivia/Will and Olivia/Ian. And even though I wasn't on board with the multiple partners idea, I did find their ménage à trois scenes just as steamy and sometimes even more. Although the steamy scenes did their job, I couldn't connect with either relationship on an emotional level. If I can't ship them as two separate pairs, I don't think I could ship them together as a trio.

It might just be me and my lack of understanding or belief in relationships with multiple partners but I think it's safe to say that this book just wasn't for me. I did find myself intrigued, and I did enjoy some parts of the story but this wasn't my cup of tea. I just had to give this a try because I love Meredith Wild as an author and I adored On My Knees. I was expecting something a little more sweet and fluffy, so it really turned out different than I expected. But I've loved everything else that Meredith has wrote so one bad book isn't going to stop me from reading her future work! :)

Dear, sweet, heavenly GOD...the exquisite goodness that is Meredith Wild...and it's even better, bolder, and more heart-wrenching in this newest of her best series yet. As always, any gush about this woman's storytelling ability begins in her talent for creating dimensional characters that simply rip your heart out. Now get ready, people--there are THREE of them in this book--and all I have to say is lucky, LUCKY Olivia bridge, for getting the gift of loving two such amazing men. The story twists them--and us!--in a thousand perfect, heart-pounding directions that made it impossible--let me rephrase; IMPOSSIBLE--to put this book down until the very end. SUCH a great book. I am flabbergasted with superlatives.

A sweet woman and 2 dominating men who both love her. Will and Ian have shared women before but they never felt the need to keep one ... until Olivia. Will Olivia be able to give her heart to two men at the same time? What will her family and friends say?

Unfortunately I'm not a too big fan of insta-love and here it was very insta! I'm also still not sure how I feel about Will but I really loved Ian.

This third book can be read as a stand alone and even though this book wasn't a winner for me I'm curious about the first 2 books about her brothers Darren and Cameron.

4.5 Stars!

Book 3 in a standalone series and can be read on it's own. You do get the previous couples in this book.

This book was near perfect for me. For a menage, it had a different perspective from what I've read before. While Will and Ian were close friends and occasionally shared women, they did it to stay detached from relationships. Neither expected Olivia to break through the wall they have both put up and thought sharing her would staunch their growing affections for her. What made this unique for me was that while all three were intimate together, they each had their own relationship separately with Olivia. Normally, I wouldn't think this would work but since they did share her intimately and all together, it seemed natural. Olivia truly had the best of both worlds. Will and Ian are so different and the scenes with all three were hot!

The only part I didn't enjoy about this story was that I wished it was longer. The reason I say that is not only would I have enjoyed more of these three but some of the development was rushed. Scenes that should have had more development to make the flow from one to the next was missing for me. The bright side of this, the opposition Olivia, Will and Ian encountered in the story were not dragged out. The other woman issue was very short and mild. The reactions of the family to their relationship was dealt with and quickly moved on and the adjustment period was moved along quickly. Overall, I loved the book and all the couples in the book. This review may contain SPOILERS!
A great book, no doubt, but I was kinda not on board with the concept. I have read books before that feature MMF, and I get that every pairing is different, but I just wasn't as invested in the story as I would've liked to be and part of it was that feature. Olivia seemed like a complex character, for although she lived her Manhattan-princess life she also wanted to be genuine person living her own life without her parents financial input. Well, for me it seemed as if she went from one privileged life into another, with Will ... and Ian. I think if I would've been more emotionally invested in the book I also would've liked one of the guys more than the other, but since that didn't happen I kinda thought their arrangement worked. A nice ending to the series, but not the best book out of these three. One thing I noticed a while ago though, is that Meredith Wild likes to write her books in the corporate Wall Street-world with money and power playing a major role. It is quite enticing and exciting, and something I definitely want to read more about.

The Good, The Bad, and Everything In Between
-Third entry in series. I wasn’t quite sure how I’d feel about jumping into an ongoing series at the end at first. However, menage had my attention and the story was strong enough to pull me in. I think certain scenes would mean a bit more if I had read the earlier books and there’s a bonus that is clearly for the long time series reader, but for the most part, it worked just fine as a standalone.
-Hot menage scenes. Speaking of menage, there’s plenty of chemistry and hot sex between Olivia, Will and Ian and there’s definitely a D/s quality to it, but it’s pretty mild in the grand scheme of things. This is an MFM menage, so there’s no romantic/sexual contact between the guys that doesn’t include Olivia.
-Character driven. What sets this apart is the character development and really dealing with the realistic issues of being in a triad. As individuals, Will, Olivia and Ian all have their own POV and you get to know each of them and see their emotional journeys line up to make this unconventional relationship work.
-Really deals with fallout of triad relationship. Now, in that vein, the fallout of their relationship becoming known to their families was a refreshing change. Many times, triad romances are sexually focused and don’t always deal with the ramifications of that revelation. I liked that we got to see them all fully commit to each other and not just bang their brains out.
-Pretty insta though. I do think that the turn from wanting a no-strings sexual relationship to I love yous and HEA was fairly quick. I wasn’t sure that I completely committed to it, especially the speed of that turn. Also, the triad felt unbalanced at times, with more of a focus on Will and Olivia and Ian felt like the odd man out. There were scenes with all their families that felt a bit short and undeveloped.
-Subplot switches. Speaking of undeveloped, the subplot with Will’s father felt pretty superfluous. I appreciate the attempt to expand the story beyond the romance and sex, but I’m not exactly sure if that particular bit really worked. It was just there, and didn’t add alot to the overall tale.

I enjoyed Olivia, Will, and Ian’s romance and I probably would have enjoyed it even more had I read the earlier books. If you’re into unconventional romances and don’t mind a more emotional side to triads, you may enjoy this. I would be interested in checking out other books by Ms. Wild.

Over The Edge 'Over the Edge' by Meredith Wild is book Three in the "Bridge" series. This is the Pollyanna story of Olivia, Ian and Will. I haven't yet read the other books so for me this was a standalone book. I did enjoy this allot so I will hopefully be able to read the others soon. Liv comes off as stuck up..prude I thought at first. Ian and Will are two dominating men who have shared a women a few times. Each man brought something different to the table but together they were a women's dream I thought. This was a interesting story to watch and see how they were going to deal with this new type of relationship for them. In addition, this was a hot read as you might have expected! https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/1... https://www.amazon.com/gp/profile/A2H... https://romancebookreviewforyou.wordp... https://www.tumblr.com/blog/romancebo...

4 Hotter than Hot Stars

I finished this yummy bit of goodness over a week ago but real life and the holiday season have been no joke this year. Full review to come but I will say that while I didn't always like these characters, I really enjoyed the story overall. And two sex gods instead of one? You don't have to ask me twice.

LORDY LORDY LORDY!! This book is sizzling hot! Meredith has saved the best Bridge sibling for last. What a way to end a series with the almighty BANG! This is the most steamiest book by her to date. I swear you will be blushing and maybe a little squealing with giddiness from these three.

Meet Olivia~ She's a young entrepreneur trying to find her way in life. Coming from a wealthy family, she is trying to cut the cord so to speak. She wants to make a life of her own, and her overbearing parents aren't having it. Now helping her brothers with their new gym, she is finally finding her footing. This girl is sexy, smart mouth, and a fighter. I can't wait for you to meet her.

Meet Ian~ Ok so he seems to be a Greek God. Sexy Fireman. (Oh and Best Friends with Darren) Gahhhh.... He has this soft side to him, and he's really compassionate about life. He has a back story that he's trying so hard to let it go. I swear you are going to be routing for him the whole time!!

Meet Will~ Dark and Dangerous is what I'm calling him. That man is literally the definition of sex! (Look it up, I bet his picture will be right there with it.) But, in all seriousness... He's intelligent, witty, commanding, and has worked his butt off to get where he is. But, his independence will come at a cost. Meredith, I now think he's my favorite male characters from you!

This book is not your normal love story. We have three people that are trying to live out of the norm when it comes to society. Their lives intertwine to become one epic story. I'm not sure how Liv does it, having two men to love at once. My own husband gives me headaches, let alone having two of them!!! But, the one thing I learned from these two men is how unconditional love can be. They put their own feeling aside to just make sure Liv is happy. It's all about her pleasure. Even though they have the same problems as everyone else, they over come things together. I swear I had every emotion going on through this book. It is HANDS DOWN my favorite from Meredith. I really hope that you fall Deep and Hard for these three, cause I will always cherish them. I'm secretly praying that they might just pop up in another book sooner or later. *** Hint Hint Mer ***

RECENSIONE COMPLETA QUI: https://thereadingslove.blogspot.com/...

description
Will trasuda arroganza, agiatezza e determinazione.
description
Will è arrogante, spavaldo e sicuro di sé.

MFM. Unlikeable characters. No relationship development. Lackluster sex.

Olivia was insecure and weak and lied to herself. She was not forced to exchange sex for Will to maintain her design dream. She was not getting paid so she did not have the threat of losing her job. She could have gone to her very protective brother to defend her building design. That is why she didn't tell her brother about Will's offer. No, Will was playing a game with her and she did not own it for what it was. She wanted to play too.

Olivia had a history of going along with her family like the dutiful daughter. She did the same with Will and submissively went along with his sexual power plays, including bringing Ian into the game.

Will was a manipulative soulless pig and was proud to admit it. Ian was friends with Olivia's brother and they had saved each other lives as fire fighters. He only felt a tad of guilt and disloyalty before joining Will in sharing Olivia. Both guys were such man whores it was doubtful they could be monogamous.

It was unbelievable instant love for these unlikable characters. There was no relationship development. There was no togetherness - no page time where they functioned together as a trio - except for sex. It was weird. Will actually spent more energy protecting his business partner and former fuck buddy Jia. These three individuals had very obvious personal and family issues that were never addressed, much less resolved. It was all rather shallow. The ending was rushed and the epilogue sounded as though they didn't even live together.

The sex was so non descriptive it wasn't even hot. Very disappointing because the main reason for reading a ménage is for the sex.

Funny how this book has a but of an old school romance feel to it. By the way, I haven't read the first two books in series, but I didn't feel like I was missing out on the plot.

First of all, the description? Why an independent, determined young woman is "a prude" who needs "breaking" I could never understood. She is not an effing horse!

Olivia is a lovely girl, and she is honest with her desires. Will is a bit of a jerk to her to start with, but she wants him and craves a bit of wildness in her life as a part of her quest for independence. I say: "Atta, girl!" You go for it.

Then, surprise, surprise, Will who wanted to "break" Olivia, loses his sh*t, and goes all intense and possessive. Unless you are a shifter or a vamp, that stuff is super unhealthy, you know?

Ian is Will's friend and roommate. He doesn't come from money and works as a firefighter. He really likes Liv, and has known her as his friend's hot younger sister for awhile, he just kept his paws off her as a sign of bro-camaraderie or some other nonsense like that. When Will messes up (and oh boy, was I furious with him!) Ian shows maturity & self-sacrifice. I absolutely loved how he managed to persuade Liv to follow her heart desires and start painting again. It was adorable.

So, as you see, for me it was a mixed bag. I liked Ian, Will was okay, and Liv was lovely. I did not enjoy the trope used, but it's never been my favorite. Overall, though, a nice book, which fans of Maya Banks, I think, will love. Also, it was pretty hot. Recommended.

* * *

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Over the Edge.

That's where I was taken in this menage story that didn't actually start out that way.

Will and Ian share an apartment, and sometimes their women. But it's always been casual, until Olivia Bridge comes along.

Olivia doesn't have much experience when it comes to love, sex and relationships. She's always been more focused on her studies and her career, not to mention dealing with overprotective brothers and overbearing parents. But when she meets Will Donovan, the investor funding the expansion of the fitness center she owns with her brothers, something inside her is triggered, awakened even.

Will loves life. He's rich, with looks and a chiseled body that could kill, and loves to own it in the bedroom. Sometimes he even partakes in a little menage with his friend and roommate, Ian. There's always an air of kink to his casual lifestyle until Olivia steps onto the remodeling site with her sass and smart mouth, a mouth he'd like to tame and an ass he'd love to redden.

Ian was always warned away from Olivia, her brothers making it known that she was off limits, but when he sees her at the apartment after being convinced by Will to come home for some fun, all his protective instincts go up. Here she is, this woman he's struggled to avoid for years, falling at his roommate's beck and call. Naturally, he wants to steal her away for himself but soon realizes that's just not possible.

The three of them decide to embark on something together, moving into uncharted territory that scares them but brings more pleasure than they could ever imagine. What Olivia, Will and Ian could never imagine was the unbridled, raw love that comes to the surface.

This was probably my favorite of the Bridge Series. Meredith Wild turned up the heat and made me want to be right in the middle of it all, wishing I was Olivia myself. It's got to be difficult to navigate this type of unconventional relationship in everyday life, and the way she wrote it, how Olivia's family reacted to finding out, is so realistic. Not too many people would be so accepting, and the Bridge brothers definitely pull out all the stops with their disapproval.

Something else I really enjoyed was through all the twists and turns, they were (mostly) there for each other. The love and sacrifice they make to be together and the obstacles they endure to keep the relationship alive just create this unbreakable bond.

I'd recommend this to anyone who is a fan of Meredith Wild's work. It can only get even better from here!

Holy crap!!! Meredith, you are one brave woman. What a risky move with this very unconventional love triangle. But let me say it’s HOT, it’s SEXY, it’s MENAGE and it’s a MUST READ.

So, we have Olivia, oh sweet Olivia. She is the younger of three, having two overly protective big brothers. She grew up privileged – all she has to do is focus on her beauty, school, and friends. She is no virgin but she has little experience with men, especially of the alpha, dominant kind. Olivia is tired of her parents meddling and trying to marry her off, so she skips town and moves to the city with her brothers. Oliver helps oversee the building design for Cameron’s newest gym project. That’s where she meets Will, the hot investor. Oh man, the meeting part had me giggling so bad – I love Olivia’s sassy attitude and her smart mouth.

Will was immediately attracted to Olivia. He knew he wanted her and he is determined to claim her. That’s just Will – young, rich, handsome, and a free spirit. It does not hurt that he is super sexy and not afraid of getting his hands dirty (at the construction site and elsewhere….wink wink )
Ian happens to be Will’s roommate. Ian is a hot fire fighter. He has been best friends/workmates with Olivia’s brother Darren for a long time. Ian always had a crush on Olivia but Darren made it clear that she was off limits. Ian tries to stay away from Olivia but the situation soon changes. Olivia is seeing a lot of Will and Ian is forced to hear them every night. It’s impossible to not lusting after her. But lucky for Ian, Will likes to share and that includes women. They make a deal and the rest is history….

I have to say I love On my Knees but Meredith really ups the ante with this book. The amount of heat and sex in this book is scorching hot. Their relationship is steamy hot but also sweet. I mean Will and Ian both treat Olivia like a princess. She has two men who love her and all they want is to make her happy. Fantasy comes true I think

Anyway, when you have 2 guys, I can’t help but root for one. My heart goes out to Ian though. I feel like Ian knew Olivia longer and he loves her longer. But when they are all together, Will is in charge and Ian can only do what Will allows. I feel like he is the third wheel in a way. Toward the end, when Ian walks away I thought it was for the best. I felt like he came back because he does not want to hurt Olivia. Secretly, I want another book on Ian
But this is what Over the Edge is about … their love is unconventional, complicated… bit of a taboo. But who are we to judge? It’s work for them and they are HAPPY. That’s all the world needs.

I am a fan of Meredith Wild. This book is beautifully written – filled with witty banters and erotic passionate romance. Add a little bit of angst and an emotional love story – we’ve got a fantastic read.

Just when I think that there’s no way that Meredith Wild can possibly top the immense love I have for her phenomenal books, her unforgettable characters, and her utterly consuming stories, she goes and does just that.

Over the Edge was viscerally heated, sensually passionate, and an all-around mesmerizing story that simultaneously melted my heart while lighting it on fire with everything that Will, Olivia, and Ian were sharing.

To say that I loved this book, is pretty much the understatement of the century, and let me tell you, if I could give this book all the stars in the world I would. Meredith Wild and her exceptional writing never fail to deliver a story that allows me to become fully encapsulated within everything she’s creating. She not only lets you read her stories, she lets you feel them, she lets you take them in and breathe every unforgettable word of them, and she lets you experience every ounce of emotion and feeling they so authentically give you.

And let me tell you that is just a fraction of what makes her books some of my all-time favorite reads.

Over the Edge proved Meredith Wild’s extraordinary writing talent over and over again, and with every turn of that page, I fell harder and harder under the passionate and spellbinding magic she was creating with her dynamic characters.

From the very first page of Over the Edge I was pulled into everything that Olivia, Will, and Ian were sharing. I was hooked in by their unique charm and vibrancy, and the more I got with each of them, the more I started to fall hard and fast for that firework level connection that exploded from the three of them. That fire between them burst from every single page of this book, and created an indescribable level of pull through every word of this story. The more I felt that fire and pull from these characters, the more I needed them, and the more I NEEDED more of their story, and let me tell y’all, what I got with them was nothing short of everything.

This story is probably my favorite of Meredith Wild’s books to date, and the raw, intense, and phenomenally real story I got within its pages was everything I never knew I needed in my life. Olivia, Will, and Ian’s story together is not one you will soon forget, and I am telling you that this is a book you need in your life. Perfectly crafted, with the best level of blush inducing spice and firework level connection, with enough romance and feels to have you melting on every page, Over the Edge is a story that truly gives you it all.

Now I will be the first to admit that I went into this book thinking that it was going to be a love triangle, so I prepared myself for some serious build, some heart pulling angst, and a glorious level of heat that I knew Meredith Wild would deliver as this story unfolded. Well come to find out, this book was so not a love triangle, which was good for my heart because from the very first pages of this story I LOVED both Will and Ian, along with Olivia, and there is no way I could have chosen between them if my life depended on it.

As it turned out there was no choosing to be done because Over the Edge is no love triangle, it’s an unforgettable ménage story that will push your heart to its very limits with its sensuality and honest emotion as Olivia realizes that she is falling hard and fast for two different men…at the same time.

Over the Edge explores what happens when the straight laced Olivia Bridge realizes that she is having true, very real, and very serious feelings for two men. Both Ian and Will have shared women before, but never one quite like Olivia, and soon those two men realize that this smart and vibrant woman has the ability to bring them, and their hearts, to their knees. What may have started out as a bit of fun between these three soon becomes something more than any of them were prepared for. Soon the fire they share begins to burn them and their hearts in ways they never imagined or thought possible, and they all soon find that they might be a bit more out of depth than they originally thought.

Told through Meredith Wild’s exceptional writing, Over the Edge is a distinctive and utterly consuming story that explores what happens when the fire and feelings you have can no longer be denied, and how those fire and feels can take you to the most unexpected of places that you never knew you needed to have.

I have to say that one of my favorite aspects of this story was not only experiencing the unbridled passion Will, Ian, and Olivia were sharing, but also getting to fall head over heels for those three and their individual stories.

Whether it was Will’s story of setting out on his own two feet, getting exactly what he wanted and never knew he needed, all while trying to find a way to handle what was put on his shoulders. Whether it was Ian’s story of trying to realize what he did want out of life and what he could actually have if he allowed himself to have it, all while trying to overcome the heart squeezing and emotion filled past. Whether it was Olivia and her own individual journey of self-discovery as she tried to make her own stamp on the world, while simultaneously trying to show those around her that she wasn’t who they thought she was, all while trying to figure out if she could handle everything that was coming her way in this story.

Whether it was any of that, or any of the other amazing aspects of this book, Meredith Wild weaved together three dynamic characters, three incredibly emotional, passionate, and real journeys, and three people who never knew what was really missing in their lives until all of the pieces finally came together.

Over the Edge was truly a story that I will never forget reading. It was a story that was filled to the brim with vibrant characters, an unforgettable dynamic that I felt through every single page, and it gave me a story unlike any other that I have read. This book gave me three unique characters and their intense story together as they tried to figure out what could be, what they could and couldn’t handle, and what they were willing to fight for with all that they had. Olivia, Will, and Ian’s story in this book carved its way straight into my heart with how honest, open, and real those three are in this book. That coupled with the intense connection of what they felt for one another and how far that connection took them all, seared my heart into this book.

I have no doubt that Over the Edge and everything it had will leave its spectacular and distinctive mark on me for long to come, and that is just part of what makes it the incredible read it is.

Now I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t mention how much I loved being back in the world of The Bridge Series. To say that I have loved the Bridge siblings is not doing them the immense amount of justice they all deserve, and to get the chance to be with them all one last time had my heart feeling like it was practically bursting with the love I had for all of them. Over the course of this series I have fallen for each and every one of them, and I will never get enough of the emotional and life changing journeys I got with each of them.

Whether it was Cam and Maya and their second chance at it all, or Darren and Vanessa’s literal fire as they tried to make it work, or Olivia, Ian, and Will’s story that will simultaneously touch your heart and set it on fire, the Bridge Series is one I will never forget.

Meredith Wild has completely invested me in each and every one of these characters. She has allowed me to fall head over heels for them all through every one of these books in this series. Through every emotional up and down, through every exceptional twist and turn that literally stole my breath again and again, and through every unforgettably intense and real moment, she had me knowing that these character, their stories, and what they each so authentically gave me was something truly exceptional, and for that I can’t say thank you enough.

Over the Edge was the perfect conclusion to this series, and it gave me the closure I crave and need when I say goodbye to a set of characters that I have come to know and love. This book with its heat, its intense passion, and its moments that melted my heart, made me blush, and let me feel it all gave me three characters I know I will never forget. It was everything. And then some. And then some more after that.

This story was the ultimate Meredith Wild book, full of fire, literal spark, and smart and authentic characters my heart immediately went to and stayed with, and I truly can’t say enough how much I LOVED it.

If you’re looking for an exceptionally crafted book that will give you it all, then you need this book. If you’re looking for a book that will sweep you up into its literal spark, while having you blush and melt a bit more on every page, then you need this book. If you are looking for a set of characters that will sear themselves to you with everything that they have, then you need this book. If you are looking for a story that will speak to every part of you, all while having you fall hard and fast for what it’s creating, then you need this book.

If you’re looking for a damn good book, then you need this book in your life this very second.

Trust me on that.

What you get in this book is the ultimate romance that literally gives you it all. The heat, the feels, the characters, and everything in between is there in Over the Edge. It’s there and it’s ready to give you it all from its very first page, so do yourself a favor and get to experiencing it this very moment because it would be so wrong not to.

Also bei aller Liebe ....

This is my first Meredith Wild read, it is also the third book in the series and luckily for me it can happily be read as a standalone. I enjoyed this book so much it left me questioning myself as to why I had never read any of Ms Wild's earlier books. The writing was spot on, written in multiple POV I could really understand the thought process of the characters. The story follows a relationship that blooms between two men and one woman, I thought that maybe this wouldn't work for me, but as threesomes go, I've got to say it's tastefully written. We have super rich property tycoon/entrepreneur Will, firefighter Ian, and rich, uptight prude Olivia Bridge. Loved the storyline which was filled with love, lust, sex and even heartache. No one expected their relationship to blossom, least of all the three involved, it was just a bit of fun, a risk. They all got more than they bargained for, all of which made the story all the more captivating. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I will start off by saying I am a huge fan of Meredith Wild. I first discovered her thanks to her very popular Hacker series and have happily been along for the ride since. Her Bridge series deals with the Bridge family and I had been anxiously awaiting this third book all about Olivia. In fact, it had ended up being my favorite of the series and the fact it is a menage probably had a lot to do with that!
Wild takes us on an emotional adventure with Olivia and the two men who enter her life and heart, Will and Ian. Wild is a talented writer and she always manages to bring us characters who are fascinating and who you will quickly become invested in. I loved watching these three together. Will was purely in it for the physical aspect at first, but, not surprisingly, soon lines got drawn and feelings began to develop for all three. Watching them work through and come to terms with those feelings is what made this such an enjoyable read for me.
I also need to note that it was pretty explosive thanks to the steamy scenes these three shared! Wild writes passionate scenes well, but she outdid herself in Over the Edge. I love menage stories, but I'll be the first to admit they require a delicate balance of physical and emotional page time to be memorable. That was managed very well here! This was hot, sexy, emotional and very well written. I suggest reading the first two books in the series before jumping in here so you get a full appreciation for the characters, though it could be read as a standalone without much issue.

Okay so this is the first book in the series I read and yes it can be read as a standalone if you choose to do so but after saying that I will warn you that you will want to read the first two books so you may as well just start from the beginning. ;)

Olivia Bridge has always been considered the good girl, but now she is trying to step away from her parents and do what she wants with her life starting with helping her brothers with realizing their dreams in turning their gym into a chain of gyms. When Will Donovan who has the finances to help invest in their business makes it known to Olivia that he wants more from her she agrees, another step outside the box for her. I really enjoyed watching Liv find herself and the more she did the hotter the story got.

Liv and Will had great chemistry but man when you added Ian into the mix things couldn't help but steam up more. Will and Ian are friends and roommates, they share lots of things including women but neither have ever fallen for the same one, until Liv. But how will Liv's brothers feel about it all especially since Ian is her brother Darren's best friend. Oh such fun!!!

The audiobook is narrated by: Stephanie Wyles, Lance Greenfield, and Victor Bevine and they did a great job with bringing this story to life and making me feel as if I was right there watching it all play out.

I would recommend this book to those who enjoy Poly/Triad Romances, Menage Romances, Erotic Romances.

Happy Reading!!!

Favorite Quotes:

What Liv does behind closed doors in none of our business... Even if we may fantasize a little bit about it.

You know better than me, but I'm pretty sure two is always better than one. You're living the dream, girlfriend.

My Review:

Oh my, I didn't know what I was getting myself into with this one, it was not at all what I was expecting. Initially, I was rather antsy as the storyline took me more than a bit from my comfort zone, but as the story progressed, I found I was more than okay with that. Odd how a love triangle no longer felt so taboo when all three members genuinely cared and loved each other. It was a new wrinkle for me to contemplate. The writing was angsty, emotional, and highly erotic. It was an active and fast-paced plot with considerable family discord and lingering tension among friends, corporate financial shenanigans, blackmail attempts, and reformed playboys falling head over heels for the same woman.

If you want a story that will provoke strong emotions, make you smile and make you turn up your AC because the sex scenes are so hot...you need this book. Olivia, Will and Ian heat up the sheets while battling their own feelings and emotions about how to make a non traditional relationship last. Will is dominant with a sensitive streak, as well has family baggage that cannot be denied. Ian is a sexy fireman who is still struggling with his feelings about the death of his father and how that effects his relationships with women. Olivia is the girl who wants to do her own thing, while making everyone happy, all while dealing with overprotective older brothers. I love the interaction between Will, Olivia and Ian and how we get to see into each one of their heads and hearts throughout the book. Also can't deny that their sex scenes, as a triad and separately are smoking hot! If you are wondering whether you need this book on your TBR list, the answer is yes!
