Master Logan
Blake Young has only known one Master. When he leaves Blake for younger, fresher submissives, Blake doesn’t know what to do. Left without a home and a job, he does what he can to survive. Master Logan is a very sexy, BDSM short story that will start Ruby MacIntyre’s Steel Cuffs Series.
Blake is in his younger 20’s and has spent his adult life in a Master/slave (M/s) relationship. As a slave, he was completely reliant upon his Master, Master Nathaniel. Then one day, Master Nathaniel decided he was through with Blake.
Blake Young had no job, no money. He was tossed away by his previous Master and had to quickly find a new job. With no experience, he was thrown into the fast food world. The only good thing Master Nathaniel did before completely cutting ties with Blake was setting him up with Master Damien, owner of Steel Cuffs.
Master Damien takes Blake under his wing. He’s nothing like the irresponsible Master Nathaniel, who in my opinion is nothing but a jack @$$ trying to be something he’s not. I digress….
Master Damien introduces Blake to Master Tatum who will give Blake a tour of the club and introduce him to possible new Master’s. While on the tour Blake is caught off-guard, in a good way, by Master Logan.
Master Logan feels eyes on him and begins to look around to find the source. When he spots Blake, who’s wearing nothing but a jockstrap, Logan’s instantly intrigued so he goes to Master Tatum to be introduced. Logan has never had a slave before, but he wants Blake.
As time passes, Master Logan learns more and more about how Blake was treated by his former Master. Emotional scars and improper training and treatment by Blake’s former Master leave Logan angered and determined to let Blake know how special he is.
Master Logan is very sexy. It’s an introduction novella into her new series. This was my first MM M/s read and I’m so excited to read more. I. WANT. MORE!!!!! This is something I’ll definitely keep a close ear to the ground for more in this series.

Short and sweet. Blake is dumped by his previous master who used to humiliate and not treat Blake very good. Regardless, Blake is left high and dry. After he is transferred to a different club so he isn't in proximity to said crappy master, he is taken under the wings of the club owner and introduced to Logan.
Logan is rather new at the dom thing, but he feels a connection to Blake, and the two make a go of it. They take things pretty slow as they get to know one another and smooth out a few bumps in the road mostly due to miscommunication and Blake falling back on what he learned from the previous master.
A sweet story easily read in one sitting.
