Maybe it's because this is my whole life and I'd love anything about geography, but out of all of the introductory geography textbooks I've had to sample this one continues to be my go to.

Very enjoyable, my favorite textbook the semester I took this class. I'm tempted to go back and read the sections that weren't assigned, as it's that well written and laid out. Comprehensive, but not dense, break down of all types of geographic processes and features, as well as climate and some meteorology/climatology.

Actually, this was pretty interesting, for a textbook. You have to be interested in our planet, inside and out. You'll learn a lot that you didn't know, or had no idea of relationships that cause what we see today around this planet. Worth reading just to acquire knowledge outside of class.

Decent textbook, but the chapters seemed overly long and a slog to get through.

I love that this textbook can be used for two classes, so you only have to purchase it once! I used it for Landforms, but one can also use it for Weather and Climate.
