Finn Grayson is on the naughty list this Christmas.
He's bad news. A prick. A player. A total BAD BOY. He's also my new stepbrother, and he showed up to meet my family in a T-shirt with friggin’ blood on it. I’m pretty sure my Grandma still hasn't recovered. Finn also crashed my blind date, sabotaged my tiny chance at romance and wreaked havoc on my previously-quiet life. Want me to go on? I have no intention of being friends with stepbrother dearest. As for falling in love with him…not a chance in hell! Until he protects me from harm. Until I hear his story. Until our first kiss. Until I'm falling for my stepbrother….
*** BAD BOY is a standalone stepbrother romance. NO cheating, and a guaranteed happy ending, and for a limited-time Christmas special, two free books included!***
Caitlin Daire writes about sexy men and the smart, curvy women who love them. She has found her own happily-ever-after ending with her husband and two kids.
Bad Boy, yes please; can I have one just like Finn? I jump ahead however . Our story begins with Aurora (Rory) being talked into a blind date by her girlfriend Dana, not that Rory is too keen on the idea given her past dating history , however she agrees! Unfortunately for Rory this blind date is not shaping up to be any better than past blind dates, her date is already over an hour late , but the night starts to look up when the sexy bad boy who just walks into the bar makes eye contact and starts walking toward her. Rory being nervous just jumps up and introduces herself assuming hot bad boy is her blind date Ben. Finn has every intention of introducing himself and trying to join Rory, but it is more than obvious that she is nervous and he does not want to spook her, so he will pretend to be the late blind date for a little while He really wants to spend time with this women, the delightful frank conversation and nevermind her gorgeous curves and a comfort with her allows time to pass quickly and wonderfully until the crazy , jealous. x shows up and outs him before he can tell Rory . Stuck dealing with the crazy ex girlfriend he is too slow to catch Rory before he leaves, which for the first time in a long time a women leaving him has left him feeling like he just missed out on something special , someone he actually would want a relationship with; not a casual affair. Mad as a hatter and a little glad that the Griffins showed up when she had , Rory still find s herself thinking if the bad boy she was having drinks with, perhaps a little too much . Fate is fickle though ,her mother just got done informing her and her grandmother of dinner at the Crown hotel later in the day with her moms gentlemen freind James Greyson and his son, the very same hotel which has the bar she went to for her disasterous blind date. Typical last minute notice as usual with her mother. That's not all however, Seems Mom has a surprise also, her and James actually married while they were away over the weekend and the meal is to celebrate and meet James son Finn. The very last surprise after that which Rory expects is. For her new stepbrother to be the very sexy bad boy , that she has been fantasizing over or for him to show up late covered in blood and now totally off limits. MMMM Bad boy, Bad boy what you going to do , what you going to do. when Rory is trying to deny her attraction to you? Well if your Finn, you try to put her out of your mind, remind yourself she is now your stepsister try to find intrest in other women all to no avail. So maybe you just settle for spending a little time with her instead of avoiding her , or maybe you push for more, but first you have to convince her you are not the bad boy she thinks you are. Eventually , the heart wants what it wants , glimpses of the real caring generous protective Finn along with reasoning and the mutual attraction win out leading to some hot sexy moments , but not before a few. twist, turns and unfortunately a surprise revelation which impacts them all along the way ; which just add a whole another level of intrest to the story!

OH MY! What can I say about “Bad Boy”… it was like delicious, tangy wine with a smooth, sinful & sweet chocolate rolled into one. That is how good this book is. The book starts with Aurora aka Rory being set up on a blind date by her best friend when she is waiting and what she thought was her date turns out to be bad boy Finn Grayson. She is on a wonderful date having a great time when it goes to he** fast when some crazy lady ruins it and she then finds out her blind date wasn’t her real date but that Finn just pretended to be her date for some reason… well. She will never see him again……or will see Finn just watched the women of his dreams walk out of his life. He is pretty upset. Then he finds out his dad has remarried and his dad’s new wife will be moving in with her college age daughter and her mother. Finn has reservations about these new arrangements, especially since he doesn’t know anything about these people. Then he ends up meeting the new family when they go out to dinner and lo and behold its Rory and Finn is ecstatic –the lady of his dreams are back. This is where the story takes on a twist and goes thru up and down. I loved the up and downs and how Finn was there for Rory and vis vera. The love scenes alone were awesome! I And the ending scenes were terrific. Finn and Rory have this instant connection and as the story goes in, it strengthens. This also has such an emotional twist and keep the tissues handy.
My rating: 4.8 stars ***** ***A gifted copy was provided by the author for my honest review**
I loved Finn! He was amazing! He is hot and sweet and sensitive and protective and chivalrous and just wonderful. Rory was okay but she was really judgmental and not at all understanding so that was a little frustrating at times. That said, they are super cute together! They met at a blind date gone terribly wrong only to find out their parents have eloped. Of course there is tension and they knows it's wrong but they are in love. As for the storyline, it is entirely character and romance driven and there is nothing wrong with that. In that way it was very much like a lot of step romances. However, several things set this story apart. First, Finn was not a jerk at all but actually a really nice guy. He doesn't even pretend to be a jerk. Second, Rory was a little bit of a jerk. Not enough to be completely outputting but definitely noticeable. Also, the entire dynamic just felt different. The ending completely set it apart and is a fabulous twist. This book is worth reading for that alone. When I re-read what I have written, it may seem like of didn't like this book. That is so not true! I really enjoyed it and look forward to rereading it in the future.. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes step romances. Caitlin Dare and A. Alpha are fabulous, together and apart. I have loved everything I have read from both of them! Can't wait to see what they come up with next.
Sweet and hot! If there ever was a frog that was hiding a Prince Charming, it was this man. Finn looks like a bad boy, but in fact is just enough to entice the senses because the rest of him is as good as his charm. If you're a fan of stepbrother romances, this one will delight you with its funny tone and original setting.
I liked the first chapter that introduces a subtle reminder of fairy tales. The female character is smart, sweet and sassy, and comes with a grandmother that I simply adored. On the other hand, the male character is hot, runs a club at this father's hotel and falls head over heels in love-lust with this little lady in a scene that was both funny and a great excuse for a misunderstanding.
From the moment they become stepsiblings, they try to avoid each other, but luckily for the reader they fail miserably thanks to light-hearted and sexy scenes that increase in intensity.
Actually, I was surprised at the staggering amount of surprises that came up in the last part of the story. Bother characters, Rory and Finn, have tragic pasts that they shared with each other and made them really connect. And lots of things happen that make the plot go wild and entertaining. It turns out to be very romantic too. I enjoyed myself with this light romance with a bad boy as good as gold. Perfect for Xmas, and beyond.

I couldn't get enough of Finn! what a bad boy! this story starts out with the dreaded blind date ~ set up by her best friend, Dana, Rory agrees to a date with Ben. on the night of the date, Ben is doesn't show so when Finn starts to walk towards her she immediately thinks it's Ben. Finn wants to tell her but doesn't want to hurt her feelings by letting her know her blind date was a no show. he'll tell her later; unfortunately his crazy ex comes in to the restaurant and goes crazy before he can tell Rory who he really is. Rory is beyond pissed that this guy lied to her about who he is. she left the restaurant before Finn could explain what was really going on. when they both wished on a shooting star you were beaming because you knew they both wished for the same thing :) the twist at the end is just a kicker...was so not expecting it to be that person...well done! I highly recommend this step romance!
I received this book in an exchange for an honest review. The main characters are Finn and Rory. OMG I thought the whole plot was perfect. It had lots of hot scenes and even hilarious parts. There's a huge twist that honestly I DIDN't see coming. Finn yes he is a bad boy but he is also the sweetest guy ever. I fell in love with him right from the start, but what sealed the deal was knowing he volunteered to dress up as Santa Clause at the hospital and even helped getting toys for all the children. I really loved the ending except I still really hope to see more from this couple so please do a little sequel..! I highly recommend everyone to read this you will definitely love it.
All three stories in this book are wonderful reads. They each are about different step siblings that have fallen for one and another. Each story will keep you reading, at least they did me.
Each one has to remedy that neither are blood related and some didn't meet till they were adults. Or they met before finding out that their parents got married before telling them.
Each other did a gray job on their story. The third book, the only problem is the e was left of a few words that should have been here not her. Other wise gray job.
When I bought this book, I didn't know it had 3 books instead of one. I thought it was just the one book. The first book, seemed a quick read even though it wasn't. It had minimal grammar and spelling errors. I did skip the second story in this book since I had just bought it and read it a week ago. As for the second book, it was really good. It brought to light about people who suffer eating disorders and a love story rolled in one. The grammar errors where not too bad. I recommend buying this book.
Any time Alyssa Alpha and Caitlin Daire het together, obviously it's going to be a hit! Loved Finn and Rory! Finn actually wasn't such a bad boy like you'd assume! Of course, there's a scandal that will rock the family dynamic and I must admit I didn't see that one coming! If you're a fan of Alpha or Daire or both, just know you won't be disappointed! I received an ARC for an honest review.
The book is written in first person which is by far not my favourite POV, but besides that I enjoyed the book. There were some great secondary characters (I loved Finn's dad and Rory's grandmother) and the story had a nice flow. I'm not always a fan of step-brother stories, but in this case I felt it forced Rory and Finn to really evaluate their feelings for each other which I liked. It was written and edited well. No spoilers from me read the book it's is a great read. With a steady pace and lots of twists.
I'm so loving Finn and Rory's story. I'm half way done. I can't wait to see what they both wished about on the shooting star. So far I'm really enjoying this read. You guys rock on writing books. I received a copy of this story in exchange for an honest review.
I received an ARC to provide a review. I have read all of Caitlin Daire's books and I love her style of writing. Her collaboration with Alyssa Alpha is great! I hope they continue to write together.
Liked the plot, was good idea, unfortunately it just dragged out at times, and i found myself skipping pages, and thought move it along, its not a book i rushed to read or finish. Just O'kay ad not sure if id read more released of this book title.
An enjoyable story with good characters. It was a bit cheesy and predictable but in a good way and it passed the time nicely. I look forward to reading more.
Love this but wasn't clear was Tressa a virgin and Adam her first since Jared love men and claimed he was Bi. It's amazing how you can wait on someone you really love
