Terrific guide to Florida seashells with a lot of colored pictures to guide the reader. The explanations offer good samples of the variation in a specific variety as tips for how to identify shells. The authors offer explanations about prey who dine on shells, other objects typically found on the beach, and explanations about aging and color. It's a very helpful book, we also go the larger book about beach creatures and plants, too.
