TERAJIMA Yuuji: Yūji Terajima (寺嶋裕二), born 10 May 1974, is a Japanese manga artist, born in Mannō, Kagawa. He is the writer and illustrator of the baseball manga, Daiya no Ace which won the 2008 Shogakukan Manga Award in the Shōnen category.

Previously, he worked as an assistant under Rando Ayamine on the manga serial Get Backers along with fellow assistant Atsushi Okubo, who later authored Soul Eater.

"a fastball that breaks like a cutter around the chest of right-handed batters, a sinking moving fastball thrown with the grip of simply grabbing the ball in the hand with all 5 fingers on it, a clean and pure straight fastball with tons of spin and no break. but what i want from you now is the pitch that uniquely defines you, the fastball going wild in accordance with your will that only you can throw."
