I love author, Joan Holub. This is one of two books about a cat that is not so It's Bitty. This Firehouse one reminded me of when I taught preschool and the firehouse is right across the street and we went on a little tour. The kids got to see just about everything mentioned in this book. This also reminds me of when I was a child and had to learn about stop drop and roll. Cute little series! Terrific book for kids just starting to read. Four stars!

“I like when they went to the firehouse because I want to go to the firehouse. It was funny when they squirt the hose at itty bitty!” - Luke
