My teachers would call home not because I was in trouble but because I had a creative imagination and they wanted my parents to know about the crazy stories I was writing. I have always loved Kennedy's books and was my fav thus far. It was short but packed with romance, excitement and sweetness. I loved the idea of roomies/best friends falling in love. I didn't want the book to end so soon, but well worth it!

A little OTT but ok at the end
So I stumbled across this one. It was a freebie on Amazon. The beginning was a bit OTT with how obsessed Lexi was for her roommates but it did get a little better at the end. Fun, Quick read.

When the book opens, it's obvious that Lexi and Nathan like each other. Travis is something else. He's like me though, always hungry and he also reminds me of a man i know. I laugh so hard throughout this book that i had tears in my eyes. I like Lexi, she's so cool and have guts because for me i would never blurt out about wanting to get laid in a supermarket/grocery store. i absolutely love Lexi and Nathan's relationship. He's so romantic and sweet. I wonder if Travis ever find love and fall for the new girl roommate if she arrives. When Bob arrives on the scene, he's so rude and nasty, Travis is nasty too but still. I'm glad Nathan step in and saved her. This was one heck of a sweet, fun romance and sexy too. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

Kennedy Kelly put a delicious nugget out there with this novella about roomies to MORE! Lexi has had a major crush on roommate Nathan but is clueless as to whether it would be appropriate to act upon it. She is just so sure her crush is one-sides. She loves both of her roommates, but there is just something about Nathan that makes her tingle in those special places?
Well, you need to read it to find out just what happens between these two, and if they sizzle or fizzle!!

Very quick read. That seemed to carry the sweetness of a love story in a short amount of pages. Was it odd and different? Yes, and that is what I loved about it.
You had that titillation of the chase, that “What if?” Could the flirtation I think I’m getting and feeling be there feeling. Turns out Lexi and Nathan have been holding back real grownup feelings.
So, glad Kennedy didn’t try to sell us on our goofy character Travis being the love interest, that boy has a tapeworm is all I got to say. He’s a player and everyone knows it and goes with it. Tall, sexy, and of so flirty.
Nathan is more your alpha male, sexy, and low key. He is a man who watches after Lexi to make sure she is safe and protected. He is aware of how much she does for him and Travis. He too likes to flirt but mainly with Lexi lately.
When the guys find out she is going on a blind date because her B.O.B. is not enough they are not happy. Right the guys who have stables of girls, are not happy, but especially, Nathan. He offers to help her out with her needs. She takes as he is willing to take one for the team.

I adore this author. She is one of my top favorite and a definite go to when she releases a new book. I fell in love with The Right Kind of Love and haven't looked back since. This author has a knack for writing with flowing storylines and can give you steam like nobody's business. This new book is a short but catchy read that will leave you with wanting more.
This book was great. It was sexy, sweet, fun, laugh out loud, and left me smiling by the end. This is a super short read that will draw you in until the last word. Roomies is a fun romance about one girl who has two beautiful roommates but only one is the guy who makes her heart flutter. If you are a fan of this author or even a new reader, you'll love this romance.
This is Lexi's story. Lexi is an outgoing girl with an amazing life. She has the two best of friends a girl could ask for. They also happen to be her roommates. They are also two very gorgeous guys. Nathan and Travis... one guy makes her heart swell and one gets her panties wet. Travis is the fun, flirty and super sexy guy. Nathan is the more controlled, edgy, and dominant one. When another date goes wrong and lines start to blur, will she be able to have it all without complications?
These three were amazing. I loved each of them and I craved so much more of the by the end. I laugh so many times throughout this book then found myself having to fan myself with all of the sexual tension. Nathan was beautiful. God he made me swoon with her darker side and dirty mouth. And Travis... I loved him instantly. He was fun, sexy, and could make me laugh like no other. I was glad with the way everything panned out and can't wait for more in the future.

QUICK AND ADORABLE
This is a short story about roommates and how things can turn into something more than you expected if you'd just speak from your heart. It's a recipe for either disaster or delectable bliss. I'll let you decide! It took me about an hour to read and left the silliest smile on my face. It brought me back to a time when things were simpler and younger! It was so damn cute and funny with the perfect amount of sexy sprinkled on top.
At first Lexi seemed to be the "momma" figure in this trio of roomies. She did most of the cooking and cleaning, but reading on I came to understand Nathan and Travis a whole lot better when I saw how much THEY actually appreciated Lexi. It seems to me that the bond that these three have is unbreakable and enduring. Even at the age of 45, I still covet that kind of connection.
It was a very swift read. The pacing was ideal and the dialogue flowed with effectiveness. The storyline is simple yet exhilarating and the characters are extremely relatable. It has a very quick build to the climax and went from 0-60 in 2.5 seconds flat! LOL!

omg this a wonderful short read. When I came up on the chance to read an ARC I was excited, cause I love helping authors, but boy oh boy this was awesome. we all know that have the opposite sex as a best friend is awesome it can be better than have your average female BFF, but add another hot male and wow, but living with them oh my. Lexi, Nathan and Travis met in college. Travis is your typical player love'em and leave'em but Lexi didn't fall for his boyish grin so automatic best of friends. Nathan was the sweet, sexy study partner who Lexi felt close to, automatic best friend, but somtimes lines become blurred. Lexi fines both very sexy and lickable but her heart is true to only one, but is she willing to sacrifice the friendship they have and plus he can't possibly feel the feel the same, can he?. I absolutely loved this book. Travis is funny, sexy and just too cute, you can't help but love him, then we have Nathan lord he knows how to use words. This definitely a must read, would love to see more of these characters.

I was drawn in by the first paragraph. I finished it in one setting because I could not put the book down. It was a quick, fun, sexy, easy read.
I would love to be in Lexi's place with two sexy male roommates. Travis, is the funny, always hungry player. Nathan is the more serious, romantic guy. Than we have Bob the gross date from hell!
Lexi, is looking for love in all the wrong places. What she craves is right in front of her. You have to read the book to find out if she will have the courage to reach out for her destiny!!

I really wanted to like this book, and I just didn't. There were many things within the short story that bugged me. The main one though and the reason for the rating, however, is due to the heroine. She drove me absolutely bonkers.
It came down to the repetitive use of how "perfect" the guys were, and how she just "loved" them. Why do you find them perfect, and I don't mean because you're sitting there ogling their to die for bods. I could also ask why she loved them. You don't get too much background info. It is basically those two words on repeat, and I personally didn't feel any character depth there.
It definitely was not for me.

This is a quickie....hehehe. It's a short story that is jam packed with fun characters, witty dialog, and a hot sexy roommate. What could be better than that?? Lexi is one lucky girl. Don't let the length of this book discourage you. You still get the depth of the characters and a great story that will have you yelling at the author wanting more immediately!!! I am SOOO ready for Travis' story next!!!

I am not one for short stories as I seem to thin k they are to rushed.
This book although is a short story is very paced and not race.
You get to know these characters as the story goes on.
I loved it and if Kennedy has any more short stories, I will be certain to check them out.

I really liked Roomies. Can you imagine having two hot men as your roommates? Well Lexi is one lucky girl. Although she only has eyes for one of them. Goofball Travis and hot as hell Nathan. Which one is it. I swear Nathan will make you melt and Travis will make you laugh. One click now!!

Good short read. Picked it up cause it was free. I really liked the characters. I didn't like that it seemed so rushed. I get that it's a novella, but it could have been slowed down a bit.

Can Best friend and roomies make a relationship work or will it ruin their friendship. Lexie, Nathan and Travis have been the best of friends since college then they became roomies after. For as long has Lexie can remember she has had strong feelings for Nathan but she was to scared to mess up their bond. Nathan is so tired of sitting by watching Lexie date after date when all he wants is her in his arms and his bed forever. He is planning to make her his and only his. What will happen when they finally come clean about their feelings.

The one she chooses isn't really a surprise since it's told from page 1 or 2. But that wasn't something that bothered me. I don't always like surprises and when she doesn't know who she should choose that would be a no go for me.
This also happened real fast, so she has a date and hot damn what a piece of work that was. So I have a question for people who date, can people really be that bad?

Sweet and spicy!
Nice quick read that goes from sweet to spicy! Best friends/roommates to lovers! It was cute and sweet. I loved Nathan and Lexi, but we need Travis to find his happy ending too! They were all hilarious!

This book was so cute. A short, sweet, spicy book about two roommates that want to be more, and they're best friend/third roomie. I had hope for a Menage situation, but it didn't happen, lol! But it has a HEA and is a cute, quick read. ENJOY!

The plot had so much potential. It just wasn’t, in my opinion, very well developed. I also wasn’t a fan of the FMC. Not a terrible book, but not one I’d recommend.

For being such a short read... It was ok.
I was hoping we would get a little more chasing from Nathan. And a lot less of pining away for Nathan by Lexi.
But this book holds your attention.
Lexi lives with two hotter than hot men Travis and Nathan. She's the "glue that holds them together". They take care of each other. And have their way of doing things.
Lexi thinks both her roommates are hot and she loves them both... But Nathan is the one she wants.
Nathan seemed a little bit hot and cold with Lexi. I kinda felt bad for her.
They way they acted with each other felt more more like a sibling relationship.
They relied on Lexi for everything.
Lexi seemed like a short order cook for the boys too.
They could not stop eating!! LOL
They really cared for her. And she cared for them too.

“We were just friends, roommates, and best friends.” The story of everyone’s life. Something you want but can’t have. Lexi has two remarkably hot and funny roommates who are also her best friends. She is attracted to both but there is one that she can’t deny her feelings for. Her attraction is getting stronger but she hasn’t had any “fun” lately. Nathan takes it upon himself to help get her laid and Lexi can only imagine everyone else he has in mind...other than himself. This is a fun, fast, *eyebrow waggin* read. If you wants something light, quick, and hot... then this is the book for you. The witty banter and the constant back and forth in Lexi’s head is hilarious.
