Just like Eat that Frog, this is a very male-centric book. While I always look for the ways that I, as a woman with a family, can utilize the information and make it my own, I just get irritated that Brian Tracy doesn't acknowledge that men in general have the luxury of prioritizing work while women largely have to prioritize family before work.

Considering the publication date of this program - it was surprisingly dated info. Although some of the stuff is still useful and applicable -

Also frustrating is if your familiar with Brian Tracy’s work - it seems he keeps rehashing the same content under different titles which after a while makes it sound common sense and nothing new

In conclusion this was worth a listen and useful to especially if your new to the authors work - but could be better or more original
