Red Teaming absolutely gets five stars. The course has changed the way I think on a day to day basis. The handbook, however, gets two. It's almost unreadable. I keep it as a reference, but I don't think I could read cover to cover it if I was ordered to.
This book is fantastic. Easily the best book you'll read written by the military and well worth a read to anyone interested in overcoming cognitive bias, challenging assumptions, and generally stirring the pot to make organizations better.
