Markus is a warrior and a nephillim. He is the leader of the Warriors. Claudia can't explain what she keeps seeing. When he demons come for her, Markus and his warriors are there to save her. The Warriors rarely ever find their mate but when Markus sees Claudia, he knows she is his. They must keep her safe. She is mad at first with all the rules but quickly realizes it is for her own good. When they finally get around to having a conversation about mates, she is shocked to hear that he wants her as much as she wants him. She thought he wanted nothing to do with her.
The fight the demons and try to keep everyone safe. This book was awesome. Such bold writing with a storyline that you will not want to end. I cannot wait to see what happens with Anders in the next book
