I've worked with a credit repair company. and they're basically doing the same thing described here but are charging a fee.
The Credit repair company is bad I ally doing the same thing as the book states, only if seems according to the book the individual could 'possibly' get this done faster.
The Credit repair companies can only send out 7 creditors to each agency one time a month when the individual (you or I) could do things faster. However, we haven't done this before and the repair companies have.
This book does have good instructions according to what I've learned from taking Dave Ramsey's "Financial Peace" course and what was learn from actually going thru this with a credit repair company.
If doing this on your own you must be diligent in your efforts once you start. You must follow up and follow thru with what you start when taking on your credit so you don't make it worse. Also, I would say anyone that plans to take this on themself, write out a plan of what your going to do and in what order. Trust me this can quickly become overwhelming. Good Luck

Not what I thought. More detail is needed. It really was more like a brochure than a book to me.

No specific steps only general info provided. Wasted money and time for information readily available on Google. Need a refund.
