I ordered this eBook during the beginning of my personal journey to improve my mental well-being through the concept of positive thinking. And since reading it, I've learned a lot of strategies to change my thinking habits. It's very easy to read and understand. For anyone interested in improving their mindset, their attitude towards life in general, and their quality of life, this book is one that I truly recommend reading. This eBook even offered the 'auto-read' option, which enhanced my reading experience greatly. I could read it again and again. I'm very pleased with what I've learned from reading this book.
Vraiment apprécié. Livre intéressant sur l'importance de penser de manière positive. Juste un peu déçue qu'il n'y ai pas plus de conseils pour la mise en pratique si ce n'est dans la dernière partie. Livre plus théorique.
This is a book for beginners of the positive thinking theory because the book is an easy read. Beside the previous mentions, the book is very redundant. It overly emphasizes stress and anxiety. Too, every time you turn the page, you might feel moments of Deja Vu--the last page overly restates everything the page before it endeavored to convey.
