This box set is great

Indescribable

I really enjoyed this story.
Once I started this story I could not put it down I needed to know how it was going to play out.

The Story is about Samantha and Shade I found it antsy, a roller coaster of emotions, it was sweet.

It starts with Sam moving with her boyfriend Jax who I did not like. She catches him cheating and dumps him.
Shade is such a Man w**** and he does not do the whole girlfriend thing. He more a one night stand guy that is until he meets Samantha and as much as he tries he can't get her out of his head...

Such a good story and well written.

Unbearable

Samantha is trying to come to terms with her mother’s death.

I understand she is grieving but she was getting on my nerves pushing Slade away, BTW where can I get me a Slade that man is so swoon worthy. Slade is trying his best to help her and really has no idea how too. A few family secrets come out in this book. This one is so good. Make sure you read book 1 first. To understand the story. Another well-written book from Shantel.
A childhood friend reappears leaving her with more questions. Which is answered?

I like all the characters well apart couple I dislike.


Uncontrollable

Oh wow, what an ending to Shade and Samantha's story.

The Author kept me on the edge of my seat with this story.
This book was so good the sex scenes are hot, and fit within the story all questions are answered if you have any, which I did.

You can connect with Sam she is such a good friend. In addition, she grows up so much through the series. Shantel has written these characters. As if they can be your best friends, I mean I would not mind knowing them.
Shade I do not have a bad word for him I just fell for him... yes he can be a right ass but you just have to love him for it.

This whole series is good.

I cannot wait to read the next book and more about the other characters

Unforgettable
Oh, I loved Tate and Missy's story.


I love Missy characters you just want to hug her so much, this one was a roller coaster of a ride I wanted to just jump in the book and bang Missy and Tate's heads together.
Tate oh man his childhood was a bad one and he thinks Missy deserves better than he was cos he does not believe he is good enough for her.

If you have read the other books in this series you will know about these two from them and knew it was not going to be an easy ride to get through so many emotions while reading... cannot wait to start Parker's story now

Just a short Novella

about how Sam and Slade are getting on and how married life treating them. A lovely read and great to hear from them again... on to Parker's book now.


Unpredictable

I loved this one. I loved the characters Parker and Katharine!
These two should not be together but they are great together at the same time... I laughed so much reading. However, I also felt for them both...Loved the banter between them I love that Kathrine was such a strong character she is sassy crazy. Really enjoyed this story.


Unforeseen


I was so confused for first part of this book... It was as if that did not happen.

Then I find out it was... spoiler

I really love Missy she is such a beautiful soul. My heart hurt for her. However, a Lovely story to see what would have happened if it had gone that way... not much I can say without giving it away.

This whole box set is great

I loved these characters you are right there with them between the highs and the lows. You fall in love with all the crew.
The twists and turns all friends are such great friends they are. I loved every single book. In the box set.
Really good series sad to see it over.

I absolutely loved this series! I cannot say enough good things about it! I chemistry in the books was HOT!! The twists, turns and surprises keep you on the edge of your seat! I literally couldn't put the books down! I finished this series in alittle over a week and I'm honestly sad that I'm done with it! I will most likely be doing a reread of it again soon thats just how much I loved this book! I highly recommend reading this series you will not be disappointed it is AMAZING!! What a series. 8 amazing books by the super talented Shantel Tessier.
You have three books about Slade & Samantha – Man Whore meets sweet independent girl.
He falls for her just from hearing her voice. She is dealing with just breaking up with a cheating ex. Book Two follows on and Sam is dealing with the death of her mom and going through that with Slade by her side. In Book two you also get to meet Tate who shows up more in later books so this is paving the way for them books. Book three concludes Sam and Slades story with a lot of upset and drama before they get to their HEA.
Book four brings us some more Tate and his encounters with Missy. They have a one night stand and he says it was a mistake. They do get their HEA but after a lot of ups and downs. Tate doesn’t think he is good enough for Missy so sets out to prove himself.
Book 5 is a novella that brings us back to Sam & Slade and how they deal with the pressures of marriage.
Book 6 is a novella about Missy & Tate. This book is actually not a real story but a dream which was a bit disappointing but I did love the storyline.
Book 7 & 8 brings us full circle to Parkers story. He meets Katherine when he arrests her. These two characters hated each other. I think of all the characters these two didn’t really mesh for me. They didn’t have chemistry. The fact that the other characters popped up kept this book riveting for me. The final book brings everything to a close and we see into the future for everyone and they all have their HEA.
I really enjoyed these books and I am looking forward to my next one.

This is the 1st book I have ever read by this author & she is such a wonderful story teller! This book introduces us to Sam & Slade. Sam is a sweet sassy girl trying to figure out how to move on from heartbreak & additional tragedy she has suffered. I find the way she meets Slade so funny & ironic considering how much of a jerky manwhore he is. All of the characters are well written & likable. Highly recommend this book!!!

Unbearable
I fell in love with with Slade & Sam in the 1st book & this book made me love them even more. Sam seems so naive & sweet, but she is actually strong, independent & sexy. Fun, sweet sexy couple & I never want this love story to end!

Uncontrollable
This is the final book for this couple & it makes me excited to see the ending, but extremely sad. This couple made me fall in love with this author & she has become a 1-click must bc of them. Ok so maybe it's bc of how wonderfully she wrote this emotional love story making u love these characters and the supporting characters. Sweet, sexy, alpha & emotion overload!! I highly recommend this series!!!

Unforgettable
Tate is a huge jerk, actually more of an a$$! He made me so angry bc of his idiotic beliefs & behavior. Melissa is such a sweet girl, who he treats so badly at times I wanted to slap him. This book takes u on an emotional roller coaster. One minute ur angry & the next ur thinking maybe Tate does have a heart. Then before u realize it, ur crying. I have a true love/hate relationship with this book. Fantastic read!!!

Quick sexy read that reminds us how much we love this sweet sexy couple!

Unforeseen
Short quick read that gives u all the feels! This book is extremely emotional, be sure to have tissues near while reading.

Unpredictable
Parker is a sexy jerk who will make u literally LOL while reading his story. U will dislike 1/2 of what he does & swoon at the other 1/2. He shows such emotion for his friends, treating them as family. He is a sweet, sexy alpha that makes u fall for him without realizing u r. Highly recommend this book!!

I haven't read the first three books in a while so it was great to read them again. It reminded me of why I fell in love with Slade in the first place. He is all alpha male and he loved hard. Samantha I still couldn't like her after reading the story again her character was over dramatic and she is a runner. Even though she got better towards book 3 I still couldn't get over her emotions. She took being emotional to a high level. The first 3 books are filled with betrayal, lies, secrets, and so much loving, fighting and making up. Slade made me love the books with his love hard personality and possessiveness was so sexy. Samantha thought he was too controlling but he was just right to me because he just wanted her safe. Its a great story and I loved the secondary characters. The secondary characters all were able to get their own stories and there is a little novella that will give you glimpses into everyone's life. I love this group of characters, they are funny, over dramatic and a great group of made up of family and friends. Their bond makes the books easy to relate to but the drama could have been on the lesser side of things. My favorite couple of the series would have to be Tate and Missy because she was sweet to his salty. Read the series because you will not be disappointed.

It was ok. There were a lot of grammatical errors which was annoying. There were times too where the characters were having flashblacks but there was no indication beforehand. It would go from the present time immediately into a flashback and it was confusing to figure out what was going on. Some of the books put these flashbacks in italics and others didn’t so that made it even more confusing.

It was pretty obvious that these were the first books the author wrote because the writing sounded a lot more juvenile than her later books. I like her later books, but I wasn’t very impressed with these ones just based on the writing. Also, the fact that the characters and stories in each book were pretty much all the same and it was easy to predict what was going to happen. The characters pretty much all started out the same, followed the same trajectory for the most part, and ended up the same.

Skip Unforeseen. It adds nothing to the story and a large part of it is just flash backs from prior books. It is not needed.

This series will keep you reading for days!

Samantha and Slade go through so much together. There were times I felt Slade was too controlling and demanded sex whether Samantha wanted it or not. He did have his sweet, redeeming moments, and I ended up liking him by the end of the series.

Tate and Missy's story broke my heart. The first few books give you a glimpse into their story, but nothing will prepare you for Tate's tragic childhood or the emotional hell Missy was in after that night in Vegas. Unforeseen is the novella from Missy's POV. I honestly skimmed through it since it was a retelling of a previous event.

Katherine and Parker were my favorite couple. I LOVED these two! I can totally relate to Katherine and her crazy mood swings/anger. My favorite line of the series came from this book. "This ***** is that crazy. What can I say? I've always had a thing for crazy."

Aside from this being a helluva bargain price for 5 full novels and 2 novellas, I actually had all of these already apart from the last novella and I would pay full price for them all over again as they are that good, this series is fantastic and I can't recommend it enough!
The books... they start with Slade & Sam and introduce the rest of the 'family' the books drag you into their lives, so much so you don't want to put the books down! They're a combination of hot & heavy, yet also makes you shed a tear.
I'm not one to give the story away in a review as I always think you should read it and give you're own opinion, mine? You're mad if you don't read this series!
I hope this isn't the end of this series, I'd like to see Micah & Holly and Josh & Courtney get their own novels/novellas, as I'm sure they have more to tell us!

This series!! I loved all these books. The characters really spoke to me and I felt as if I were their friend, tagging along for the right. Sam and Slade are my most favorite! Missy and Tate and Parker and Katherine. It all comes fills circle and that's what I like about it. I wantes to cry, I was ecstatic, I was super pissed and then back to all smiles. Definitely had my emotions going in a ton of different directions but, as always, in the end, I was satisfied and even more in love with these characters. They're everywhere so you can't forget about them and ultimately all have their HEA. Love love love her books and this box set definitely didn't disappoint! A must read, you'll be more than happy that you did!

Change of pace

While I dived off the deep end first with the Lord's Series then the Kings series, I will say that this series was just as addictive! It was very relatable. Having been a Texas born girl now living in Tulsa Oklahoma, I related to these characters so much I felt like part of the family. I went through all the emotions right along with the characters! I'm glad Parker finally found his match. The book that got me the most was Unforseen, where Missy has a dream that was realistic. I was so engrossed like "this can't be true" I stayed up till 3am to make sure she had to have been dreaming! There's... Let's say... descriptive scenes, but it just goes well with Shantel's nail biting writing! I need more ... I feel the kids story......wink wink 😜

The UN series…

Gosh, this FMC is clueless. The MMC just wants to protect her, but she rarely listens to him and barely pays any attention to doing what he asks. And then she gets in trouble because she’s not doing what he asked.

I realize that this is fiction and so are these characters, but the other thing that really bothered me was the drinking. I never was much of a drinker so maybe that’s why I feel that this is excessive. Brain cells are expiring constantly!

So anyway, I found that this series was okay. Not great, not bad. I like her other books, like Sacrifice, much better even though they have a lot of dark in them.

This was a huge series bc i downloaded all together on kindle, and took me forever to finish, in the beginning i was not loving it, but i made myself to continues bc i love the author, and i can say that it is worth it, sam and slade stories was so cute, and so real!! Love that, but tate and missy looked a bit rushed up, also the book that its all a dream of missy?! Like i am sorry?! I read all of this to be a dream? They had so much potential for an amazing stories, and it was good but could be better you know.
Anyways, i did had a good time since its a long series i got attached to all of them in the end

what to say?!?!

First off!!! I cannot with this book. I have read a lot this year so far, but this series did me in. Shantel Tessier really took me for a crazy ride with this series. I cried, yelled, gasped, and put it down, to pick it back up..
I will say that it had me worried here and there. I wanted so much and ended up getting what I asked for. It’s sexy, UNpredictable and amazing. The ending of the series was perfect. If you love a book that is going to stimulate you, this is it.. I have read her books before and I love the darkness it provides me. 😊😊

Great Story

Great story from start to finish. I would have given 5 stars, but everything I’ve read by this author is in dire need of editing. Poor and inaccurate choice of words (i.e., ‘then’ used where ‘than’ should have been used); chapters and chapters full of recapped events where it could have been summarized in simple paragraph. I ended up skipping over several pages and chapters to avoid these italicized recaps. Completely unnecessary. I did, however, enjoy the story - no loose ends. Overall a good read.

slade and Sam were the first we met and fell in love with, then it was tate and missy then finally Parker and kat.
these books are full of angst, love, drama and just enough heat break.

Love this series

This was an awesome series! I lobe Sam and Slade, and Courtney N Josh; but Tate and Missy were my favourite. Until Parker and Kat: they are great! I love that although each has their own story the reader gets to keep up with the others lives as well. This is my first time reading this author but I will definitely look for more books by her! Thank you for such a great series!

One words: proofreading!!

The books are fantastic. The story line are fabulous and the ending doesn’t disappoint. The horror lies in the poor proofreading. I can’t tell you how bad the spelling errors were and the lack of correction in grammatical mistakes. The publisher should be fired and the person who proofed this series. It got worse the further along you got in the series. At any rate, if you are able to fix those in your head while you read, don’t hesitate.

good series. loved watching these men all get taken down by their women!
there was one small book that felt unnecessary to me, it was someone having a nightmare. it just confused me honestly.
Romantic thriller/ HEA, no cheating but some of these characters slept with other people after meeting the loves of their lives (i personally don't like reading about the main male sleeping with other women whether before or after meeting main female or vice versa).

Fantastic love series

Enjoyed this series

It's a long book/books but has kept me interested to the end.
Some tears and lots of laughs later, it doesn't disappoint........moving on to the next, and I can't wait!!
