#### THis Book contains some words that have strong content## Not your average Christian Fiction Book!!!!How do you help someone that pushes you away every time you try to help? That is a question that DeWayne Darius Day asks all the time, as he places his life and career on the line. And on the other side of the spectrum, how do you let a man help you when God seems not to even care? This is a question that Sabrina Malia Knight asks all the time.DeWayne is a young man with a bright future, and a dark past. He was raised by a single mother who struggled to make ends meet. He loves God and lives his life in direct accordance to the Will of God and whatever He needs him to do. Gang affiliation, jail time, and murder threatened the future of this young man’s life. Through these trials DeWayne drew closer to God, causing him to confess Jesus as his Savior.By the Grace of God things start to work themselves out for DeWayne, after his confession to Christ. He is a rising star as the small forward for Kansas State University, preparing for the 2014 NCAA Tournament. Things are looking good for his future, until he is called to help an old friend; which causes him to put it all on the line…all his dreams, all his accomplishments. But his dreams and aspirations pale in comparison to doing the Will of God. She is highly intelligent, yet she cannot figure out how to cast away the weight that has been weighing her down since she was a child. Sabrina has been physically, mentally, and emotionally abused, and she is spiritually broken. Raised in the church, she heard all the good about God. But her trials and lack of deliverance has caused her to build up a certain hatred for Him, and her back is turned to Him and anything to do with Him. She blames God for the things she has endured.Sabrina and DeWayne’s paths crossed in their early high school years in South Bend, Indiana. Sabrina always have liked DeWayne, and secretly prayed that he would deliver her from her torment. DeWayne always found Sabrina intriguing, but something in his spirit has always stopped him from approaching Sabrina in any way beyond anything, other than friends. Look through the eyes of different characters personal accounts and feelings, as they deal with some of the most difficult trials that come with being obedient to God’s Will, and at the same time seeing the joy and blessings that come with being obedient.

He Is Able

He Is Able, was an intriguing yet touching read. It touched on the trials and tribulations Dewayne went through with not only helping himself but helping others as well. He taught also taught a valuable lesson on prayer, and no matter the situation you can always count on God. Sabrina was an very troubled young woman that dealt with so much, in her young and held a very big secret. While reading this book I learned a valuable lesson on prayer, friendship, betrayal, and love but I also learned to never stop believing. This was a powerful read, i'll recommend to anyone.

Great Read

I applaud Sabrina for her zeal to go... In life sometimes the people who suppose to love and protect us are the ones who hurt us the most but with God we can still overcome it all.....

Captivating read.

The book, He is Able was very captivating and kept me on the edge of my seat. I can't imagine Sabrina how she got through the heart breaking childhood. I loved D and Ma'Dukes

Very good read!!!

I enjoyed this story of betrayal, lack of faith, and reassurance.

Sabrina suffers much beginning at a young age from a person that was supposed to love and protect her. I hate that the reality is the same things she suffered actually happen in real life.

Dee was a good friend to Sabrina from the start. I wish she would have had the power within herself to see that he was her blessing.

Patrice came into Dee's life just when he needed her. She was a great role model to Sabrina although most times Sabrina turned a dead ear to her advice.

Sabrina's mother and sister are casualties of war. Prayerfully they will change to serve God.

Great job on this book. I look forward to your next book!

Many are called but few are chosen

This was a very good Christian book. Although many would question where God was like Sabrina did, the author was able to show the love of God never fails. This book test the faith of the reader and drew you in making you test your own faith. This was smooth paced easy flowing read that you didn't want to put down. I look forward to seeing what this author has to offer next. Kudos, for a job well done.

Happy Reading,

God is able

This book really inspired me and reminded me that no matter what you go through God is always there. He may not save us from it but he will definitely bring us through it out on top. Even when it feels like God is not there, he is carrying us through the burden making us strong. He is our strength to weather the storm.

This is a terrific book. Enjoyed it greatly. God is the main character in this book and the characters are the subjects needed to complete the book..

I choose this rating because it was a great book. It makes the reader feel good and to let the writer know that I agree with every word that the scripture say with each character and how accurate it was.

This is not a Christian book on my standard.

First you should forewarn people about the destructive words. I couldn't get pass all of the cuss words. It may have a good story line, I won't know.

I read this book and am NOT a fan of any form of abuse, especially sexual abuse of a minor. This book is listed under Christian writing but is so graphic I thought it was urban fiction at best.
