His love for his Bitty has taken him past the breaking point and he’s determined to make those that hurt her, pay. Blood. He wanted his hands on those that wronged—almost took her away from him.
Because if one thing was certain, it was that he breathed for her. It was her warmth and love that gave him a home—a purpose and desire for more, but now that had been threatened. Maya was in pain and that for him was unbearable.
It was his fault. A fault that he would right no matter what he had to go through.
How does a man so completely in love with his female react to seeing her in a hospital bed and broken?
He fights. Goes against all logic and seeks vengeance.

Elena M. Reyes is the epitome of a Floridian and if she could live in her beloved flip-flops, she would.

As a small child, she was always intrigued by all forms of art: whether it was dancing to island rhythms, or painting with any medium she could get her hands on. Her passion for reading over the years has amassed her with hours of pleasure, but it wasn't until she stumbled upon fanfiction that her thirst to write overtook her world.

She’s a short and sassy Latina with an adorable pup, a kiddo that keeps her on her toes, and a husband who claims she’ll cause him to go bald prematurely. Lol

So... I was given this book for an ARC honest review.

If you've read the previous books in this series I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed in this sequel of Talon Cox & Maya Owens story...

The story has all aspects of life.. Love, laughter, lust, desire, jealousy, fear, anger, mental health issues (which are written with professional, sensitivity & psychological non-judgement.) & my personal favourite Alpha males! Talon Cox & his crew are pure Alphas.

So... The book picks up where the last ones (book 2 & 2.5) left off, with Maya in hospital after her attack from both Janice & Brian who are both jealous of Talon & Maya's relationship & want them respectfully for themselves. Add a pissed of Talon, Maya's parents, friends, a fantastic no nonsense nurse, 2 detectives, and a psychiatrist.

This book pulled me in from the very start.

The telling of Talan's justified anger, hurt & profiling judgement from others, to Maya's side of being hurt, fearful, anger, betrayal, an over protecting yet well meaning mother & wanting closure as well as her want to forgive has been written phenomenally, with a well practiced & artistic hand.

To be honest I cannot recommend this series or this specific book enough. You will not be disappointed!

ARC generously provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

When I started reading this series I was not prepared to love it as much. I like the way Elena M. Reyes writes. How balance everything is. Love, lust, friendship, family and drama. All written beautifully. She did an amazing job with the story of Talan and Maya and I connected with them from the very first chapter.

I absolutely loved that HOT HEADED HOTTIE Talan! Damn ! sign me up for one of him :D Maya was an amazing Heroine. She was feisty, independent, funny as all hell, and strong willed woman.

Talan and Maya’s connection was amazing. They both love each other deeply, fiercely and unconditionally. Those two together were scorching HOT. The sex was freaking OFF the Charts. They were always ravenous toward each other.

I also loved how the story progressed with the psychotic Janice.

The supporting characters were great too and I have enjoyed everyone of them.

The Marked series has it all. A beautiful love story, a strong storyline with great characters to carry it make this series one you don't want to put down.

So...I was given an arc of this book for an honest review.

If you don't want any spoilers, you've come to the right place. I couldn't put this book down!! Unless I was forced to...lol! From the moment I read about Maya Owens and Talan Cox as well as their friends & other characters in this book I was instantly hooked and wanted to know more, I'm thrilled that I followed their story to the very end...whoever made the observation & coined the phrase 'all good things must come to an end' must have read a really good book & wasn't ready for it to end. Talan has good intentions when it comes to those he loves, It made me question just how far he would go to protect Maya, especially when he's being judged. As for Maya, she isn't afraid to speak her mind especially when it comes to other females who come in for tattoos & piercings are constantly throwing themselves at Talan.

As much as I couldn't stand Janice in the previous books, in this book I couldn't help but feel some what sorry for her, her part in this book made me cry.

Overall this book made me laugh & cry. Ms. Reyes couldn't have found a better way to end this book/series. The ending was bittersweet. I'm sad to see these characters go, I really do hope that like some others Ms. Reyes will revisit these characters & maybe give us a glimpse into their future at a later date. This book has so many surprises that I honestly didn't see coming. If you haven't read Marking Her #1, Marking Him #2 & Scars #2.5, you really should. If you have read them then you will not be disappointed once you get your hands on a copy of this book!

I love these books!!! I can't wait to see what Ms. Reyes will come up with next.

“Talan sat back again, taking my hand in his and pulled it up toward his lips. I had other plans, though. With a solid pull, I moved our bodies closer and kissed his lips, pouring all the love and passion I held for this man in that single move, showing him how proud I was of both him and being his.”

4.5 mark me up stars!! This series and taken me on the ride of my life, and this book was no different!

I want a love like Maya and Talan…...I want a man that pines for me the way Talan pines for Maya. Ugh that man could give other men a tip or two! I’m obsessed with this series and I love Talan and Maya’s story. It’s dark and twisted, and yet so romantic and sexy…..the story that is. I’m a huge fan of Elena M. Reyes and jump whenever a new book comes out!! She knows how to write a dark and erotic book!!! This series is worth every page!!

I was so very excited to finally read Marked, and Elena M. Reyes did NOT disappoint as I LOVED LOVED LOVED EVERY minute of it. Talan Cox is in out of control alpha protective mode now that his Bitty has been badly hurt, and he blames himself most of all. He wants revenge, and he will have it if it's the last thing he does. Maya Owens, aka Bitty, is trying to recover from the brutal attack, but a huge problem is the fact that the attackers haven't been caught yet, so she's still in fear for her life. Plus Talan is hitting new levels of overbearing. Will the attackers be caught before Talan finds them?

I'm pretty sure this book took FOREVER to come out, and yes, Elena M. Reyes is on the list of authors trying to kill me. WHAT. AN. ENDING! The character development is fantastic, because Maya and Talan keeping growing & evolving through everything. A fast paced, intense, and very well written storyline flows effortlessly. The author's talented writing style hooked me back in the first chapter of Marking Her, and she's continued to hold me hostage throughout the rest of this series. Chemistry is constantly simmering, and always leads to EXPLOSIVELY HOT, disintegrating panties sexy scene goodness that should NEVER be read in public. Twists and turns kept me on edge cover to cover, while the cast of characters well placed humor had me rolling in laughter. I'm a BIG fan, and CANNOT WAIT to see what's next on tap from this author, so I happily HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I received an ARC for an honest review. Well I honestly hate Janice. If I was feeling petty I'd probably give this book 4.75 stars for my disdain for Janice. I've hated her the entire series but I especially hated her in Scars and my opinion of her didn't change in Marked. The author did her best to persuade me to feel sympathy for Janice and I really tried but nope I still hate her. I wanted to like Luke but he was a dick to Talan and I love Talan so he didn't earn himself any points. Talan is still just as bad ass as he's always been. He loves Mya so hard and if she wasn't a fictional character she might've earned her self a slap in the beginning. I know she suffered something traumatic but it's not an excuse to be a bitch. I waited so impatiently for the wrap up of Talan and Maya's relationship and Marked did not disappoint. Ms. Reyes did an awesome job of invoking an array of emotions and even with my repulsion of Janice I'd continue with this series.

I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review and I could not be happier. I loved the other two books, let me honest I loved TALON. Everything about him and his Bitty is the best. It was great to see them in this book and being the team that they are. Talon is as always protective and possessive exactly how we want him to be but he also shows us he is there for Maya through thick and thin and the same goes for her. I hope this is not the last...I hope we get to glance into their lives again because I can never get enough. Lance Esther and the rest of the gang was great as always...with our fiery woman letting others know who belongs to who :) Great read fun book and alpha males what else needs to be said!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gang is back for more in this awesome read. Maya is in the hospital from her attack and Talan hasn't left her side. Her parents want to shelter her from everything and Talan wants her to be told everything. Janice and Brian are in the wind and the police are searching for them. Talan catches Brian trying to get into Maya's room and all hell breaks loose as he goes after him. Brian is finally arrested and taken to jail and Talan is taken to the station for questioning. Janice has called for help and has been taken to a mental retreat. Her doctor goes to Talan's house to talk to Maya and ends up scaring her with Talan coming in and going off the deep end. The drama in this book is off the charts and the end will make you smile. This book is a must read!!!

Maya is awake and healing, but is still living in fear. Even though Janice has been captured after the attack there are some definite loose ends. I do so love this primal possessive passion that Maya and Talan share. It is more than just love. It is the whole soul mates thing. Plus they have scorching hot sex. I mean call out the fire department because there is serious sizzle. I love Talan. He super alpha and all about his girl. Keeping her safe and making her happy. This attack has him all messed up, but Maya is there to keep the balance. I so enjoyed their story.

I give Marked 5 hearts!

Authors if you want me to like someone then don't make them do hateful, spiteful, vicious, horrible things to the people you want me to like. If I get attacked bad enough to end up in the hospital for an hour, let alone 5 days, I don't care what your flipping mental health issues are. I'm pressing assault charges against that person and harassment charges against anyone showing up at my house asking me to forget and forgive.

Talan, one of my FAVORITE ALPHA MALES. This man deserves so much attention and I truly hope that you, the reader will give it to him. He pleases in EVERY WAY!

This story is one of true love, devotion and every single thing that a relationship can be made into. The protectiveness displayed by Talan over Maya is PERFECTION. This man loves his female and will stop at nothing to take care of her and make sure that she is happy and comfortable.

The story picks up right were the last book left off. Talan, our beautiful strong man is hurting and all because of a psychotic female that just doesn't take NO for answer. The story shows the loyalty and friendship of the men (and their females) of Cox Tattoo. Every single one of them is there to help, support and step in when needed.

The Janice story line is one that I enjoyed, proof that a love worth having will withstand any and all obstacles. No one or nothing can break a love like Talan's and his Bitty. The sex scenes were so hot, nothing short of what I expected. Elena has a give for writing these scenes and I eat them up like a starving woman. Wow! *fans self*

Elena wraps this hot, passionate and beautiful story up perfectly. I want MORE TALAN AND BITTY!!!!! I enjoyed reading the love, lust, and passion they have for one another. Love knows no age, love knows no limits, a love like theirs comes once in a lifetime!

I was really surprised how book three turned out. Mrs. Elena made my man Talan even more sexy. He turned out more aggressive, more dominant, and more sexy all around. usually a author makes the male alpha repeat and act the same..it gets predictable, kinda boring. But not this amazing author she uped her game.
Besides her making Talan even more desirable, this book was emotional. I felt for both characters. The trails they go through to even get to happy place is overwhelming. Maya gets more feisty and she becomes so much stronger. I was really sad to see this series end. I don't think I can ever get tired of reading about Talan and Maya and all their friends. This is one series that I can read over and over and never get tired of and still wish for more. Thank you Elena for such a wonderful series.

So I was given an ARC to give an honest review. I have read all the books in this series (So far) and I get sucked into the story every time. I feel like I know these people. Elena Reyes writes in a way that I immediately get emotionally involved in. This story finishes several story lines and sets up a couple. The resolution that the two main characters have at this point had me thinking and talking aloud to myself for a couple of hours. (Me talking to myself isn't unheard of, btw) That's how good this story is. even after the last page, you're still going to be thinking about it. I can't wait to see what comes next.

WOW!!! Love this series! The book Marked, just like the the first books in the series, I fell in love with Talan more and more! Anyway, this book is the continuation of what happened to Maya after she was attacked. With all the drama and attack to Elena, Talan will do anything for the woman he loves. Ms. Elena nailed it again! One of the best series I've read... Full of surprises and swoon worthy hero! Loved it!

FOUR Stars- I received an ARC for an honest review of Marked (Marked #3) by Elena M. Reyes
So what happens when your heart breaks? Or you believe your world is coming to an end? It's basic...Fight or Flight. Maya and Talan have so many challenges to face with the outside world and within their own relationship. This was a nice ending to the series and certainly had a HEA.

I’ve been MARKED! The sheer intensity of the emotions that come from this entire series is incredible, but Marked is where it all combusts! I assume if you are reading this review you have read the rest of the series….and if you have not….well read them! Maya is in the hospital after the incident with Janice. Talan is a mess because of the Maya getting hurt and feels that it is all his fault. Both of them are hard headed and stubborn enough to make you want to smack em around and hug them at the same time. The feelings these two have for each other are extremely intense. A true and pure love. And the extended “family” of characters all play their part. Maya’s light has burned out. She has been reduced by what Janice has done. Maya and Talan are second guessing each other and words fly. Emotions are heightened and fireworks explode. They work through this together and with the fam. But then are blindsided when Luke (Janice’s doctor) shows up at their doorstep to discuss Janice’s situation with them. This is when we really see the doc’s true colors and possible feelings for his patient. This also puts Talan and Maya to the test as both of them realize that Janice has “issues” but both also feel that she knew what she was doing. The spoiler that I will give is that Luke does ask Maya to attend a therapy session with Janice to talk about the incident. ***this is the only spoiler!*** And this brings a lot of the heavy to Maya’s and Talan’s relationship over the whether or not Maya decides to go or not. With that being said….you must read this to find out!

“...but it was your heart that stole mine. Please don’t ever return it; it’s yours. Just like you will always f**king be mine.”

“Hate was a powerful thing. Made humans macabre and cold. Deadly. My biggest fear was that he would become lost in the need to seek revenge and I lost him.”

“Like Heaven.
Like Hell.
Like my favorite kind of sin.”

These two have an incredible bond and being able to go on this emotional rollercoaster with them is amazing. But no worries...this book is full of witty banter and plenty of snark that makes us all laugh with the intense stuff that you may need some tissues for. What are you waiting for? Pick this up!

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I have loved every minute of this series.
This book deals with aftermath of what Janice did to Maya and how both her and Talon deal with it in their own way. Maya comes to realize just how mentally unstable Janice was and feels torn between wanting her to get the help she needs and wanting her to pay for what she did to her. Talon on the other hand, wants revenge and justice. He’s a little overbearing and caveman, which at times cause frustration and arguments with Maya. Ultimately though, their love for each other keeps them grounded.
_________
“Marked: that one word explained what our love had
accomplished. How two souls were intertwined, fated to
meet and belong to the other. Maya was inside of me, a
part of the blood that ran through my veins. She was in
every inhale and exhale I took.
In one word, she was everything.”
___________

As with every other book in this series their chemistry was on fire.
A very satisfying end to this series.

I'm sad to see this series come to an end, I love all the characters, minus Janice and few others. But the main ones can't get enough of them. I love Lance n Simon and definitely the girls. My favourites will always be Talan and Maya. These two are just made for each other. Been through so much but still as strong and as in love as ever. Perfect couple.

This story brings us the resolution of Talan and Maya's story. The two have been through so much between the growth and development of their relationship and the aftermath of what Janice had done. In this installment we get to see how these two handle all of this and what happens to Janice.

Talan went from being a character I had a hard time connecting with to someone I truly enjoyed reading about. Maya remained fantastic and I never had a dull moment with her. I don't know how I feel about what happens to Janice, but I'm happy to not have been left to wonder.

While there were a few moments where I felt that the drama or certain scenes felt a little forced, like all the women either throwing themselves at Talan or so quick to judge him because of his appearance, I still really enjoyed the overall story and felt like it was a good ending to the series.

Talan's Back

Loved this story in the series. Definitely need to read the stories in order!!! Talans love for his Bitty is great thing to read about. His love and care show through with each step of him caring for her. While I understood Mayas moms concerns, I don't agree with keeping her in the dark and then trying to force her back home. Loved the shit list! I was upset with Lance not because I felt he could have prevented it but that he could have given some warning. I was confused on how everyone was so gung ho to help Janice but didn't necessarily see her crazy. The doc needed to go and I did agree that she got off with a slap on the wrist. Loved this story and highly recommend it and the first 2.

*Sighs* ...

Talan ..

What's not to love about this tattooed protective, foul mouthed, dirty talking, sexy man ??

I am so glad that I finally got around to reading the 3rd book of Maya and Talan's love !!

& Even gladder that they have gotten their happy peace & that whack job Janice is locked away !!

I am also sad to see the end of these 2 characters but their story was wrapped up nicely ..

Though .. I wouldn't say No to a future take of Cox & Bitty ... And maybe some tiny bitties ;) LOL

Ahhh, I loved this book and this series! 4.5 star read for me!

These two are just so sweet and combustible. I love everything about them. Not sure how I feel about book 4, Stitches since I really don't want to see any kind of happy-ever-after for Janice and Luke, well I kind of despise him at the moment. May take some coaxing and great reviews before I can push myself to read it! lol

The finale to Talon and Maya's story!

Well we've waited for this moment and now it is here.  Where will everyone land, will they recover, pay, give up?  You'll learn all that and more...

Favorite passages:
- “You suck.”“I do. You love it.”
- Of course he was right, much to my annoyance...
- The sour look on her face made the could-have-been pretty girl— ugly.
