I received a copy of this book exchange for an honest review. Love both stories how each character took a chance to get to know the other better and see if there will be a future a head of them in love with their partners.

It was by chance that I came across Jennifer Raygoza and this little book she put together. And I am glad I did. I will now be venturing to some full lengths Raygoza has written.
Hungry Words, is really two short stories put into one package.
The first is titles, Tackle Me. This story is hot and steamy. It's a super quick read that will have your blood pumping. The story also shows us a little bit about our deepest desires. I loved this book and hope that the author will add more to it later on to expand the story!
The second story is titled, Prince Charming, and it is a dark fairytale short story. Let me tell you, this is the book that has me running for more Jennifer Raygoza. This is the perfect short story! Its dark, mysterious and suspenseful. I have to say it is probably not everyone's cup of tea because it does lean towards the dark side a bit, but if you would want to venture into a little darker of a read this is a perfect start. This retelling was better than I could have imagined for such a short story. I do hope more is to come in her dark fairytale retellings!

These were more like teasers than short stories, lol! I wanted them to continue.
The first story- Tackle Me:
The story about Lexi and Raven Black is funny and sexy. It leaves you wanting to find out what happens down the road with this couple. I hope to see a full length novel about them in the future.
The second story-Prince Charming:
Poor Katia had a rough time and met with some unfortunate bad fate. This story was different, like a childhood fairy tale with some dark twists and turns. By the end, things were looking better for her. Maybe be her HEA for in reach after all??
Both were good short stories that leave you wanting for more!! They are a good, fast lunch-time read that will have you wanting the story to continue.

Just like all good things, they must come to an end. These short stories will leave you wanting more but you will love reading them!
Raven and Lexi's story is bold and sexy with a little bit of cockiness. Raven definitely teaches Lexi not to judge a book by it's cover. A confident football player and a strong, independent woman - a steamy encounter for sure.
Hawk & Katia's story is not something I would normally read because of the era it is held in but never less, I enjoyed it. It's a little heartbreaking, dark but in the end turns out to be a sweet story.
Jennifer has compiled 2 short stories that will grab your attention and never let go.

This book has two totally different genres in it, but they work.
The first, Tackle Me, is so funny and kept me laughing and wondering what the female character would do next. She started out just to show him she wasn't who he thought she was, and she ended up being herself.
The second, Prince Charming, is a different take on a fairy tale we all know. The female character is stronger and more self-sufficient than she thinks she is, and the Prince finds out that she isn't going to just run away. She isn't the spoiled princess he thought she would be.
All in all it was a great fun read.

Omg!! Jennifer F**king Raygoza! Why must you play with my emotions the way you do!? I now you said they were short stories but they were more like teases (in a good way of course)

Each story took less than a half hour to read. Both were intense and very gripping tales. Unconventional romance, that was fast paced and full of everything you'd want in a full length book...the angst, drama, death, survivor, romance, cockiness, sinfully delicious alpha-males, damsel in distress, and even a ogre-male ...lol But seriously, if your looking for a lunch break read that wont leave you hung over, then this book set is for you. Two different tales that will leave you breathless!!

I personally love Jennifer's stories but the one thing that I found disappointing with these short stories is just that their short stories I wanted them to go on and on. The first story about Mr. raven Black had me really wish there were more of him to read about that man had me craving more of him myself. The second story and all problems Katia had in the beginning made you hope that there was some type of happy ending for her. I am just a little greedy I want know what happened next for both couple's I guess we will have to hope they become another short story.

Just finished the first book it was a great mini escape from the real world. Take one bad boy who's not so bad and a girl who wants nothing to do with him, then throw her a challenge from the bad boy and you get a hot little read!
Ok finished the second book. It's fast paced and an easy read a little dark at parts but a great book that takes no time at all to read. And leaves you believing in Prince Charming!!
The only thing wrong with this set of short stories is that they leave you wanting more!!!!

This book contains two short stories. My only complaint is that this book is so short, each story could be developed into a full length novel. The first story, Tackle Me, is about Raven Black and Lexi. This story is funny and hot!
The second story is Prince Charming. Katia was taken from her home and finally escapes. she meets Hawk who shows her that Prince Charming does exist
