The Tulians are a non-violent race that suddenly and inexplicably take over the nearest planet to Candlee and threaten Amanda’s perfect existence. All of a sudden nothing makes sense to her, especially why she would befriend a fugitive Tulian, while on the run from her own Federation Military.

Suddenly she in on the run with Bolan the fugitive Tulian, having to go into hiding with him to stay alive. Things become even more confusing for Amanda as she falls in love with her fugitive. Trapped in their hideaway by surrounding troops, she embraces her love without knowing if this will doom her or save her!

Not bad

The story was not bad but not great either. Story line was going well and then it lost the effect for me. Plus the editing errors throughout the whole series was just irritating beyond belief. Takes just seconds to do a check but worth it to the reader!!!

I read the blurb and was interested, (I am still liking the alien themes) however the blurb was dang near the entire book. I wish wars could end so quickly and neatly.... wouldn't that be nice?!?
15 free tid bits came with this tid bit, which also had me excited. Again however, the next, Duty of a Seal Lion, was again a short and sweet romance with instant shifter love and really nothing more. The third, Rescued by the Seal, was beyond my effort to even finish it. It was ridiculously stupid! (Hiding in a closet with one sister by orders of her future husband who bought her, in the nick of time before Dad shot her for being a whore, yet she is a virgin, to have his man servant watch them watching their sister having sex with her husband to see if they get excited, to know if they get excited for her purchaser/new husband.... this is just sooooo WRONG!!! Oh, and this is almost as long as the book is so far.... I .... just... can't....) It was nice that it got me outside to do the lawn work on this fine day. I am so glad I got this one with Prime, I would have been mad if I would have spent any money on it:/ I may try another with an alien theme, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
